Wow I thought I was the only one whose teenage daughter went after with big pointy sharp seamstress scissors.She was 17 years old at the time & she did it in front of her two younger siblings. I kicked her out of the house, and she never returned to live with me. Its been 12 years since the relationship is estranged but I think she blocked out what she tried doing to me(denial). Miss her being my little girl. Breaks my heart🙏

What a horrific thing to do to your own mother, no excuse, she was of adult age when she did this. I hope they've all healed & moved on but if I were her mother, I'd be looking over my shoulder constantly.
