It is actually Sept, 27, 2022!, but cruising thru TH-cam for inspirations (I have a large extended family, and make and send half dozen cards each week. Thank you for sharing. I made the slide and lock and it was very easy to assemble. Embellishing the card is always a challenge for me.

Beautiful cards! I saw a video where they took the same stamp set and stamped across the middle both ways, then cut it into 4 cards. The design was on the side & above each card. I sent "thinking of you" cards to 4 different peoole!! Fast & fun!!

When items retire, do you have to stop using them or get rid of them? 🦄
Hello! Good questions. I don't HAVE to stop using them or get rid of them but since I am making a business out of my card making I mostly sell off my retired products and replace with new. That being said, I have a closet full of sets I am unable to part with. 🤣
I'm having trouble getting my slide-and-latch prototype to stay closed and lie flat using a 65lb base. What do you use?
Hi Carol! I tried to look up the weight of the Basic White from SU! that I use but couldn't find the answer. I'm not sure. I think it has a bit to do with the size of the gap versus the thickness of the cardstock too. A couple of mine were pushing up. I also think that when the gatefold is in the middle this issue isn't as noticeable. What do you think?😄
