the little moments

hi there,
a bit of a shorter video this week :) was doubting even to upload at all because i did not film much last week but decided to anyways cus it is okay and it doesn't have to be perfect. reminding myself that this is a place where i allow myself to document and reflect so even if it's short it's still valid.
some weeks feel more mundane and a little less interesting then others, but that's part of it all, right. this week was a good opportunity to reflect on my ability to allow myself to do nothing, which i'm still very much working on, it feel like i'm constantly hopping from task to task, without giving space to be in the moment. so yea. working on that.
