I hope that people, especially Filipinos can put aside their judgements and doubts about SB19 and give these boys a chance. If you think SB19 isn’t meeting K-Pop beauty standards, that's because they are NOT K-Pop idols and they were never trying to abide by K-Pop beauty standards. SB19 is a P-POP group that’s proven they don’t need to conform to K-pop beauty standards. In fact, SB19 has raised the standards and set the bar high for the P-Pop industry. This video (and many others) is evidence of that. There is already so much beauty in their simplicity, humility, and genuine personalities. From the very start, all these boys have ever wanted to do is prove that they can raise the Filipino flag all over the world by showcasing Filipino talent, the Filipino culture, the Filipino language, and OPM. Josh and other members have said very clearly that they want to dominate the world stage to represent the Philippines, help the Filipino economy, and show the world what Filipinos are capable of. It's disappointing how many choose to bash or not support SB19 solely on the basis of their looks or because they're apparently copying K-pop. If you can't appreciate SB19 for their character or talent, that's one huge loss. I really hope that SB19 gets BOTH the local and global recognition they deserve. Their genuinely talented even those well known kpop group knows them. Like BTS they did a reaction vid to their practice vid of Go Up (i think). If no pandemic definitely they had already shows abroad aside of korea. But still they’re getting more popular despite the pandemic. Proud to be A’tin.

The message of the concept though, Starting with Love Goes (Josh in depression) surrounded by the four boys (representing his fear, anxiety, insecurities, and hatred) He let those four control him. But Josh fight, even dance with them. Then it transitions to Go Up (that iconic song), slowly but surely he comes to terms with his own depression. (Just like us, if I may add) Finishing the story with the last frame, yes! he's still bondage but he won't give in anymore. SB19 are not just performers, they're story tellers. I've read a lot of comments that the last scene depicts people, things, or events that are trying to pull SB19 down. However, knowing how positive SB19 always is despite all criticisms and that they brush this off, I think the message of the rope scene is Josh representing SB19 rising up and bringing along other OPM artists for the world to know. SB19 isn't just about them, it is about bringing OPM to heights for the whole world to see and appreciate. That is why they are KINGS!

The intro and ending for me is giving another message. In the intro, Josh representing SB19, a talented Filipino group awakened but being manipulated like a puppet with the pop idol standard, fighting to have their own identity. In the end, they are still tied to it, holding them down but Josh is showing that the group still have the strength to continue fighting.

The only reason people would hate on their visuals is because most people are used to the “ideal” Asian beauty of super pale skin etc, but SB19 doesn’t need to conform to that standard to look good. At the begining of the video, Josh is lying on the ground and looked defeated then he has been surrounded by Stell, Justin, Sejun, & Ken who had blood on their lips and had bruises.(They looked like vampires though xD). Well, we all know what's behind the song Go Up. But in the end of the video they have a rope tied to Josh and being pulled by Justin, Sejun, Ken, & Stell. I think it's a clear message that no matter what others say to pull or bring you down, don't ever give up on your dreams and you'll eventually reach that dream. We go up! By the way, the dance break are dope and mind blowing. And I just died at the KenTell moment in Love Goes. I did not see that coming. Kudos to the team behind this and of course to our boys, SB19. World class indeed!

I've read a lot of comments that the last scene depicts people, things, or events that are trying to pull SB19 down. However, knowing how positive SB19 always is despite all criticisms and that they brush this off, I think the message of the rope scene is Josh representing SB19 rising up and bringing along other OPM artists for the world to know. SB19 isn't just about them, it is about bringing OPM to heights for the whole world to see and appreciate. That is why they are KINGS!

At the begining of the video, Josh is lying on the ground and looked defeated then he has been surrounded by Stell, Justin, Sejun, & Ken who had blood on their lips and had bruises.(They looked like vampires though xD). Well, we all know what's behind the song Go Up. But in the end of the video they have a rope tied to Josh and being pulled by Justin, Sejun, Ken, & Stell. I think it's a clear message that no matter what others say to pull or bring you down, don't ever give up on your dreams and you'll eventually reach that dream. We go up! By the way, the dance break are dope and mind blowing. And I just died at the KenTell moment in Love Goes. I did not see that coming. Kudos to the team behind this and of course to our boys, SB19.
