Thank you I bought 9 meat bunnies to start my breeding they were skinny I have had them several months and feed my New Zealand 3/4 cup they are looking a lot better I get Purina rabbit feed complete made withTimothy . Hope I am doing right . Still watching my doe’s for when I can breed but none have come in yet ☹️
@@TheRabbitShowGetting rabbits in condition is not difficult; it's expensive. Pelleted feed is a general diet to keep the cost of production down by using ingredients rabbits will not readily eat. A supplement combines ingredients that are too expensive for general production purposes but gives a rabbit a better overall finish. An example is oats, which are competitive with the human diet and too expensive for a mill to use but will give a rabbit lean hard flesh. To be informative of supplements, we would hope for instruction on formulatulating and calculating a supplement for a desired result.
This guy knows his trade. Thank you sir!
Good show, makes me want the details.
Thanks for your PhD lecture on Rabbit. All I need to know is how I can improve the growth of my rabbit.
Feeding proper pellets is all they need from a national feed company

Not what I really wanted to know. I am only interested in my family pet rabbits condition and welfare.
I was disappointed with how genaric the information is in this video. There were no real answers given, only general information already widely known.
Getting rabbits in condition is hard. How do you do it?
