So here's a tip for sucking all the air out of zip-loc bags.. use a straw, you'll be able to close it almost all the way, and it's much easier to suck just about all of the air out of the bag! 🤗🤗 Tracey from San Diego, California

Hi LuLu.... If your knee is bothering you, as you pass thru "legal" states, the CBD topical creams work exceptionally well to dull the pain. Not sure how you feel about hemp products but they really help me forget about pain from an arm injury.... An hour after using it, I forgot all about the pain. The relief you’re feeling is exactly what you said about the meniscus being bent, pinch. Unless surgically removed this can happen on and off until repaired. Manipulations in that area as well as exercises is what helped me, which I believe is why you’re feeling the relief. Introducing turmeric in your diet will greatly help with the inflammation. Best of luck with your healing journey. Knee pain sucks the big one!

I’m twisted and crooked 😢. Upper body twisted to the right and lower to the left. This is usually called. The trauma reflex and only the train I can see it really.
Then my right hip lower than the left so technically one leg shorter. No one but me usually noticed.
I may be twisted and crooked but I feel good so I'll just hope for continued blessings!!!

Careful of chiropractors!
My daughter does the vacuum thing by inserting a straw into the baggie when it is almost closed, sucking the air out, then quickly pulling the straw out and sealing the bag. Not sure if the result is any different than your method??😅

Do you grocery shop with a set amount of vegies to buy (like a variety of 12 or so) or do you shop by budget?
Second question: How long does a grocery shop and the batch cooking last you? I'm guessing roughly 3 to 4 days. Do you go shop again?

hi there!! so it varies. I never shop by budget, I get whatever I want (I conserve in other areas of my life, never with food). I buy whatever looks good and I buy lots of it. once I cook something, I give it 3 to 4 days before I feel like it's too old (but I'm sure of it that that never happens!!) I would say, on average, I shop twice a week!!

Does the white Japan sweet potato taste different than the regular?
yes. the orange one is more watery/soft and the japanese white sweet potato is more the consistency of a regular potato (firm and starchy) but it's sweet!! DELISH!!!
