This song truly made me so emotional. Like no joke. You really portrayed Cassie's character/emotions so well with your vocals. That "lost in the distance" part was the part that broke me. Just knowing how close Cassie was to Roxy and didn't want to let her go, but in the end had no choice. It's pretty relatable in a way as well because it can be also referred to losing someone who you have loved deeply.

Gotta say, I absolutely love the use of more pastel and watercolor texturing for the visuals associated with the mask, it really helps give that off difference of feeling like you're in a simulation.

Her expressions really stand out for me. It's like watching an actual cutscene that should've been in the game, and has great quality. The song really tells a good deal about the dlc too, and that's pretty cool. Overall a 9/10

HOLY COW THIS WAS ENCHANTING! This gives off such calming and comforting vibes. It’s almost like FNAF’s spin on Children Of The Machine. And IGNT ending was a real cherry on top. I don’t care what some will say, CG5 only betters the fandoms and memes with all of his songs. Thanks for being one of the better parts of this fandom, and I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT’S NEXT!

I noticed that too and it makes sense because everyone's theories are that Gregory and Evan might be the same person and Evan we play as in FNAF 4.

I almost never write in the comments, but this is an excepcion. Not only the visuals are incredible, but the song itself is amazing. It makes me understand the horrible situation that Cassie is in... And that ending??!! Gosh, the mask making a false reality in a desperate time for our protagonist. An incredible but at the same time, sad song. (And i hear a little of "I got no time" and the end??).
As someone who never seen gameplay or played the dlc this video was just a shocker and felt so much better then it should’ve been! The song is also amazing, retro beginning and the instrumental being very dubstep with the great vocals WOW! The chase scene also perfectly captured not just the child’s fear in the run, but what was going on in the song as well. CG5 never fails to disappoint, and the animation was legendary✨

This is SO GOOD! I adore the little scene of Cassie taking off the mask and Helpy is drifting into the shot. The two different types of animations really sell the 'digital avatar being seen in real life' feel. The animation in this is incredible in general, it goes SO well with the amazing song. What a work of art!

I haven't heard a FNAF song for a little while now, but I saw the premiere to this show up in my recommended. I thought, "Ohh! CG5 has always been an excellent lyricist and vocalist, I'll give it a listen when I can!" I was only just now able to, but I have to say... I wasn't expected to be blown away by the animation and storytelling so quickly wrapped up in this pretty, yet deadly little package. And then I learn you made this all on stream? WHAT?! Insane. This made me want to listen to a lot more fan-made video game songs... They're honestly some of my favorite types of music to listen to.

What I like to think of this animation is that Cassie never made it. She was trapped in an disembodied illusion that only caused her more pain when she realized she saved the exact opposite of who she needed to save. The Vanny mask imo might represent the illusions or sense of false security that could get you killed, and the ending (2:53) from there on might just represent how she's gone now, and Gregory doesn't even know she existed, or at least thinks she's still alive

Absolutely LOVED the song and how you referenced I Got No Time in the end with the Brazil ending and also how both the canon and Brazil ending was used. Phenomenal job CG5 and Coda! I felt so bad for Cassie throughout the entire game because she was being guided blindly by his “lullaby”.

Both the song and animation for this are sick!! I love how the song follows the Candy Cadet story, that's such a creative way to make a song about the game and makes the song feel like something that could actually be canon. Great work man, I love your stuff :)

I kinda wish the chorus was sung twice at the end there, but besides that little nitpick, this song is absolutely amazing! I especially like the ending where you can hear parts of "I got no time" being hummed in the background

I really loved everything about this song, the beat, the lyrics, and especially the animation! I also loved the reference to "I Got No Time" hidden in CG5's humming at 2:48 or so, but anyways, the lyrics he's humming to go along the line of "I'm stuttering, I'm stuttering again" or something, overall I rate this 10/10, this is my 2nd favorite Five Nights At Freddy's SB songs, right below "Superstar" also made by CG5. ❤

How do you keep surprising me with your music CG5? The music was great and that switch up nearing the end was awesome but even more impressive was the lyrics. It surprised me how well you could incorporate so much of Cassie's feelings and thoughts, and the story of the game itself into this song! Thank you for this cool FNAF anniversary surprise!

2:26 I know how this is clearly funny, though it might have some meaning. From reading “The Mimic” from Tales From The Pizzaplex 5, David is clearly a young child, and he may not be the most stable walker due to maybe not fully learned yet. And since The Mimic learned from David for most of his movements, it’s possible that Mimic also learned David’s “hobble walk”.
