I still understand that when healer is heal then Target that be heal will get bonus damage. Because if health steal effect go for DPS, Reflect for Tank, then this might be for healer Just guess from game mechanic

My opinion more resonance is always good
Bro I think Activation effect makes you do more dmg to target that are being healed, no? Like its good for pvp.
