    i think I'll use a couple of 12mm RivNuts up into the sill and bolt the bar onto that, instead of mucking around with all those brackets.

    Looks amazing.. what type and size wheels have you got on there?

      Don´t be dazzled by the shinny bits. ;-)
      This admittedly looks good but is a big mistake in a working van.
      Ground clearance of a "sports car" in a working vehicle is kind of ridiculous.
      Add on top that while protecting from damage the outer sills. All damages will be transferred straight into the inner sill/frame... much more difficult and expensive to repair. ;-)
