Its very possible that the festival is like a tester of some sorts. They put these skills in and if people like them enough or they do well then they'll add it later outside of the festival.
If i'am not wrong this is the first festival, so knowing that this game keep going strong for the next few years, i think we will have more revamp moves like this

Kinda suprised that Beerus and Champa didn't recieve any new moves or revamps, it would have been great to revamp champas abilities and especially ultimate since he isn't picked nearly at all as a roster char.

I never imagined we’d get blue evolved In xenoverse 2 let alone UI and BEAST this game has grown immensely since it’s a release and I for one both enjoy and appreciate what we’ve been given

i think our days beam skills are prety cool, in kakarot looks really acurate to the anime, but in the next game they must try to make epic explotions to them, a little smoke with the color of the skill do not reflect the importance of this attacks really are
Dam i really need to catch up on (xenoverse 2) there's alot of good ultimates, I'm assuming we can't use these updated ultimate attacks in the original game only in the festival 🤔
