So after some research I figured out that The Mystery Man In The Grey Door (Also, Presumed as Gaster) is a 0.1% chance.
I guess I am extremely lucky XD...
The funny thing is I can get the rarest thing in Undertale but still have never got a wild shiny in Pokemon XD
