    Hogan was a great receiver. When the Patriots picked him up and I started seeing him make plays it was awesome. Some of the plays he made were absolutely insane.

    Hogan was that receiver, like many Patriots receivers, who weren’t great during the regular season but once the playoffs started he took it to another level.

    Chris Hogan signed a 3 year, $12,000,000 contract with the New England Patriots, including $7,500,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $4,000,000. Cha Ching well worth it played great in the Super Bowl.

    Chris Hogan made some of the most clutch catches in Patriots playoff history. You can even say they would not have won at least one ring if not for his clutch performance. I only wish he could have played longer with Brady who really had a great connection with Chris.

      They were able to come back against Atlanta because of several catches he made in the 4th quarter, one on a third-and-ten. No one is saying he was Randy Moss, but he was a great player.@Arthur-ol1rt

    • @ZackaryJoubert
      @ZackaryJoubert 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Arthur-ol1rtlittle harsh no? He was clutch in many games. Maybe not crucial but to say he wasn’t important in many games is false. That said as a #3 other dudes may have done as well but Hogan was reliable and intelligent. Many dudes that are naturally physically gifted (cough😂) that have relied on that their entire lives without using their brain came through and sucked. White boys with intellect and a hard work ethic often shined.

    When chris got partially open for tom to convert a 3rd and 10 on the game tying drive of super bowl was just clutch the throw from brady under crazy pressure and his sideline route. Without that pats dont win. Also his one handed catch vs chiefs in afc championship on 3rd down. Only place it could be thrown but nobody would make that catch.

    Patriots had so many guys that had to fight their way into the league, cut or about to be, backup players. Then dug in became great. Edelmann, Brady, and here, Hogan. Seems like some top draft pick guy would be the death of a team like that.

    Whenever I see Hogan I think of the one handed catch in the AFC championship game in Arrowhead. And yet $1 million a year was too much money for bill to keep a reciever Brady trusted. Seems every player that is drafted low and succeeded thier expectations bill doesn't keep, Hogan, butler, Myers , BRADY! Best line in thier "I give Brady credit for my career and success. And bill a little " sounds like most NE fans now, atleast the ones who have eyes and aren't still blowing bills whistle.
