I would strongly suggest you to call the hotel just to double check. They may have different rooms at lower level for guests who need wheelchair access with modified bathrooms. The only thing I can think of is that you have to cross a small road to enter into Masjid al-Haram. HILTON & INTERCONTINENTAL might be more convenient. I hope it helps.
