Parang pre diabetic ka pa lang, halos same sa mom ko pero metformin na agad nireseta sayo. Usually for diabetic na yun. You need glucometer para mamonitor sugar mo, diet and have a regular check up na since 30's na din.

Hba1c test po is may fasting na 8-10 hrs before blood test. If rbs or random blood sugar test dapat 2 hrs min after kumain. Paconsult po kayo sa doctor di naman ganun kataas sugar nyo pero twice a day kagad.

Pre diabetic ka pa lang my metformin ka na agad dapt sinabi sayo iwas lang sa sweets at diet no need na inom agad ng metformin.
