Like I'm diluting my energy?? or maybe I'm just being one of those avid content absorbers who doesn't actually apply anything...I think I just answered my own question lol

28:30 was a really bad example of dreams being in us, in those examples given they all have occurred from being subjected to toys, media and such things we could label ths the outside this ...how many of us wanted a Lamborgini before we even new it existed or saw someone with it?.. Dreams to me are more general and intersect with purpose and come from within...Tims own dream of 'inspiring people' is a dream concerning the spirit and touching the spirit of others. The spirit is within. Great interview though it touched mine.
I could say that the sky people can work not less than normal people who still on the ground and conscious, I didn't say just because I want to argue with the topic. But I can say the sky people maybe more focus and sharp straight to the point every single thing , I don't know about the ground people ..
