I have not done this run, what is the spawn rate of the goblin compared to that of the act III runs? I seem to get a goblin fairly often and there is way more chests in the Act III run. I find this route counter-productive unless the only reason you are running this is for the sole purpose of being mind-numbed from continuous Act III farm runs.
