To everyone wishing Woo-hak and Mok-ha end up together, I'm here to tell you that's ridiculous in every way. Its actually the drama's fault for not emphasizing enough on what kiho is to mokha and especially what kiho does for her. If youve watched till episode 10, i myself can give you 20 instances when kiho did the purest things out of love for her and was so silent about them that they went painfully unnoticed. -sending the video to Ranjoo when young mokha gave up on her dream and then literally ensuring that she talked to seojun on call -telling her to come to him if her father ever became violent again. Then literally making sure everything is prepared if she actually came and they had to leave. That includes going shopping for the new raincoat, the shoes, the food, the chocolate he bought to fill the bag. -giving her the bag full of notes, money, and everything else as soon as he realized her father was here. And then throwing away his chance of reconciling with his mom and brother as soon as he got away from the island just to ensure mokhas safety. He didnt even let her know he saw her father and made her believe it was his plan all along. -litetally getting beat up so bad that he had to be hospitalized, and this is something mokha doesnt know till this day. -waiting outside ranjoos house in the harsh winter to give her mokhas picture and tell her to give her a hug when she meets her -waiting at 8.00pm in seoul station every single July 1 for mokha to show up -founding the volunteering on deserted island club in college and never skipping a weekend until he found her -looking for a house for her and even paying for it as soon as he found her on the island in case she ever needed her own place to stay -telling her to add his number to emergency and to call her anytime he will be there -risking his first time being a main ptoducer just to put her on stage for the world to see her, know her, love her. The confidence and trust it took on his part to take this decision is salute worthy. -designing her debut stage exactly the way she herself did 15 years ago with the audition video. The feeling of the ocean, the lights, all his creativity to make her debut magical. -literally looking for her everywhere like crazy until he found her after she ran away only to tell her it was easy to find her as she is a celebrity. -telling her to chase her dream and go ahead with it and make it so big that her songs are played everywhere. -only ever showing his true thoughts and feelings to her which he otherwise never does in front of anyone, talking about the night he confronted his father -requesting ranjoo to help mokha with her music after seeing the new lyrics she wrote, learning the whole arrangement from ranjoo, and coming to mokha to teach it to her so she can ace the showcase -shopping again to prepare that house for her to move into because she has her dream to chase. Literally his own money in it all. -not asking her a single question about her decision to pick debuting over the other option but actually carrying all her bags and making sure she is settled at the new place. -telling her to come to him if she ever feels like it and that he will keep the rooftop house vacant for her -all this while fighting his own demons, going through so much trauma, constantly living in fear, literally never finding little peace or happiness, but surviving for his family, even losing his job aka his only source of income, and let's not even go into the scandal and the shame and difficulty he is being put through due to no fault of his own. Kiho is a one of a kind guy. Nobody can match up to him no matter what. Even if others had the same time, they wouldnt be kiho because kiho was courageous and kind and in love enough to do it all for mokha, even at the cost of himself.

What do you mean? Ki Ho is the ONLY thing that Mok Ha thinks about. She was bent on finding Ki Ho as soon as she was rescued. She defends Ki Ho when Woo Hak blames Ki Ho for Mok Ha being stranded on that island. Even if Bo Geol himself said that Ki Hoi could now be a criminal. She staunchly defended Ki Ho. Didn't Bo Geol scold her by saying to her in the rain when they ran away from his father. "Ki Ho, Ki ho. Is that ALL you and Woo Hak think about?". Finding Ki Ho preoccupies her EVERYDAY life sometimes leading her to danger (Ki Ho's father). Obviously, Mok Ha knows what Ki Ho has done for her. So, finding him is the FIRST ITEM on her agenda. In fact, after that ONE performance onstage. Mok Ha was willing to give up her singing career and chose to move to the farthest station so that Ki Ho's father could not find the family. She tried to protect the Kang family best she could. Shen didn't JUST protect Ki Ho, she tried to protect the whole family by giving up her career. She was willing to sacrifice for Ki Ho and his family, too. The same way Ki Ho sacrificed for her. So saying that what Ki Ho has done has been painfully unnoticed is unfair. Mok Ha was never ungrateful and the drama showed that Episode after Episode after Episode. Because Mok Ha did all she could. Once she found out that Bo Geol was Ki Ho and he was safe and sound. Now, she could make a choice. Mok Ha did say that being stranded for a 15 years on a deserted island held her back significantly. And Ki Ho did not want to hold her back further by this scandal and the 15 years. Ki Ho even said that he wants her to be a famous singer so that his father would not hurt them anymore. If Mok Ha is famous, he will not be able to touch the family. If you are talking about Mok Ha not paying Ki Ho back by having romantic feelings as well. Do not worry, that will come up in the next Episode. The CAD writer is great. The longing and separation of both is more powerful than 20,000 kissing scenes.

Mok Ha was soooooo concerned about him being beaten up and in pain. She tended to his wounds. Is she ungrateful? The only reason in the first few episodes she was distant from Bo Geol is because of two things: 1) The writer did not want to give up the story right away. And made Woo Hak and Mok Ha close. 2) Bo Geol (Ki Ho) was being a total ASS to her. Condescending to her. Saying she is pathetic for not having a phone, a Driver's License and an email account. Being supportive one time and then totally lambasting her the next. Agreeing to an unfair pre-recorded lip synch vs a LIVE song. And then, turning around by trying to make up for it by handing her a handkerchief because she kicked the trash can. Bo Geol/Ki Ho is/was giving her very mixed signals. So she was confused why he was treating her that way. So, she was kind of aloof to or annoyed by Bo Geol and was close to Woo Hak.

In Episode #9 of CAD: We didn't know that CHJ can also act very well. This was his Episode to really shine. His confrontation with his father was so intense. We really believed he was Ki Ho and his father was really beating up the adult Ki Ho (again). Our hearts stopped in the first few minutes of Episode #9. It was super intense but their acting wasn't overdone. It was well-made. The key to great acting and a great scene is when you stop seeing them as the actor CJH and the actor father. You forget they are actors. Now, you really believe he really is Ki Ho and that is his real father. We almost felt like we were really peeking into a real domestic-violence event and that we shouldn't be there watching this intimate, private scene. OOOOFFFFFFFFF! Our hearts just took a roller coaster ride.

We would say to those PEB haters: We DARE you to masterfuly learn how to sing, dance, play the guitar and convincingly speak a new dialect in just a few short months. She bagged it by winning the Grand…… because her success is due to her inexhaustible hard work pre-assessing, deliberately checking the condition of her next role so she can really do a good job at it. I was overwhelmed at her role at Extraordinary Attorney …Park Eun Bin did a superb job at it, how truly challenging it was for her not to overdo or underdo the emotions, there are beginning to be actors and actresses who a Director is willing to wait for, to be casted for that perfect role.
