does the table panel have the numercal values of the internal forces and the displacement values?

URGENT !!!! idk why but in my building, BM and SF are very low like 0.54 something, what could be the reason ?? I have applied live, wind, and EQ load as well still it shows in such a way. what am I doing wrong?
