- Amazon LED bar install. This was basically given to me by a buddy. I looked it up new on amazon it was only $40bucks! Figured why not & see if I could use it some way. I’ll provide a link to the same one I have. Honestly any 32” curved led bar similar to this one will work.

I would recommend using a fender washer (large diameter) on the top side of the moulding screws to help prevent the heads from being pulled threw the plastic. The stress will from the weight will create stress cracks. Like the vid.

Would it have fit on the bottom of the vent instead of the top?
Maybe don’t remember if there was enough clearance. I know it was a tight fit on top also.

Did you find any issues with the inner grill vents moving? I tired a light bar and it was to big and prevented the vents from moving...please advise
They did rub a little but I wasn’t to concern with the light rubbing into the shutter blades as they are just used for aero dynamics. They never seemed to cause any lights or faults to appear on the instrument cluster also.

I just installed mine question is did the light don't blow 15 amp fuse
Great video looking at doing this to my 18 raptor as well is it as simple as finding a good ground and running the power to one of the aux switches do i need a fuse thanks.
Sorry for the late response. You don’t need to add a fuse if your using the factory aux switches, they are already fused. Thanks for watching

I’m literally looking for a instal for my 15 f150 I ordered a 32in amazon one Does it matter that mines not curved will it make a difference.
I think it helps if it is a slightly curved since the grill also curves.
Did you happen to put in a fuse when you wired it up or just simple wiring power ground to a switch
Just grounded black wire anywhere there’s a good ground. Power wire straight to my aux switch wire. Raptor aux switches already have relays & fuses inline. You will have to add a fuse & relay when running to a solo switch to be safe.

Actually once I traded truck in I removed it & bows it’s in my brothers in laws F150 grill working great still.
