Too bad this set is terrible like the majority of class sets. Wish Sorc's Stormcalling set was remotely similar to Pyre or Aerie's, thos are damage proc sets, that also buff the skill line they're from and single target locked instead of aoe randomness. Then Oblivion is a mix match of everything, but great at nothing, at 5% in pvp, you might as well use a set like Hunding's rage for the 300 weapon/damage.

Yeah.. in the video you say it’s reduced by 5%, but it’s reduced “to” 5%. So it’s really just like having minor berserk

Even if it was 10% its not remotely worth it.
10% more be a lot more worth it. You’d be able to stack in with berserk (essence thief back bar) and wrecking blow BUT we got let down… again
