- Salutations, all! I uploaded my first 1/6 figure review of Genesis Emen's Iori Yagami. I have no experience with camera's, camera angles, lighting, video editing, photoshop, posing figures, etc. It was an incredibly frustrating but, still I went for it, haha!
For my 2022 New Year's Resolution, I decided to get out of my comfort zone by learning new skills and being more productive with my time. I have a TON of figures which I have kept boxed up due to space. So, I had the epiphany of showcasing my hobby and spend time to actually enjoy what I have.
I certainly welcome constructive criticism! Since I am a total noob, there are bound to be a bunch of mistakes so, please help a brother out and let me know what I can do to improve! Thanks to anybody who read this, have a wonderful day/week, and keep COLLECTING!!

Woooh!! Excellent review!! Beautiful transitions, effects, and overall very good production value...and this is only the first one!! The vignetting is definitely an interesting choice. The only bit I can't see too well is Iori's white shoe against the white background. Which editing software do you use? I use Final Cut which lets me adjust the colors of a footage for situations like these.
Genesis Emen KoF line is one of my favorite so I'm voting for more!! It's a refreshing change for the hobby like you eloquently put. Maybe K'? Or 2P color Mai perhaps?? I passed on Mature and Vice because I don't have the dough...so I wouldn't mind seeing a review for those two😁

Thank you for the comment and encouragement! It was an incredibly frustrating experience learning by doing since I started with zero knowledge especially video editing and filming. I can only imagine what it takes to be as polished as you and Brooklynwolf! I use PowerDirector as my editing software and yes, I adore the Genesis Emen line. But, it looks like their production design started to change with Mai 2p and I was not the biggest fan about it.
Maybe I will showcase a few others I have in the KoF line..

I will certainly work to improve but, my time is split between this and teaching myself the piano. Been years since I touched the Ebony and Ivory *wink*.

How is the pleather material holding up?
Hello, friend. It is holding up just fine after all these years. But, I have made sure it is not in direct sunlight, humid control, and not having it in a museum pose which may deteriorate the material. Fun poses are when I want to practice photography
Hi may i ask, what type of body does genesis emen use? is it seamless silicon type?
