This doesn't sound strange at all. I've been feeling exactly what Franco is talking about. An unusual sense of heightened awareness and the total feeling of oneness. I see others completely differently than I did 6 months ago and I see just how unconscious so many are. I've been shedding some friends lately, nothing in common anymore. I completely feel like I want to go home a lot this past 6 months. It feels closer the past few months and I can feel it, sense it and I know my home is in a different realm. While this earth is beautiful, this place is feeling less and less like where I choose to be so much that I get anxiety going out in public. I loved looking at the stars at night when everyone is asleep. I would sneak out of the house and go to my favorite place on a grassy field in the middle of the night. The whole village is sleeping and I was like a shadow sitting in the middle of just to look at the stars. Every time I saw those stars my eyes were full of tears. It is interesting that you were talking about going home. As a small girl at 8 years old I knew things on Earth were not the way they were supposed to be. I remember looking up at the sky and asking to be brought back home. I remember saying, "I do not know these people who are my biological family. They are strangers to me. I want my real family." In this incarnation I am a fraternal twin & I have 4 siblings plus my mom and dad. Oddly enough I have felt all my life that I inserted myself in with my earth family to help them ascend. To this day I am not close to any of them. I am 71 years of age now. My whole life has been about ascension and holding the light. It was very hard for me to exist in this world. Without any spiritual knowledge I felt that I was born in wrong time. I actually yelled 'get on with it'. I think it is a shameful way to play around with what many feel is very important and sacred information. Many are triggered by the exclusivity of numbers, such as who can ascend or who are worthy and how many, all those types of manipulations. I hope you have access to other sources who try to give this information succinctly, respectfully and with room to ask questions. Anne Tucker is a trance channeler who is spending just about all her vlog time on this topic and all the questions around it. You sound like you know where to look for this kind of content. From what I understand, it's expanded perception of reality. It's the ability to see the big picture, transcend this duality experience. Things like telepathy are activated within us.
This is my own explanation. First, there is Density and there is Dimension. I believe Franco is talking about Density, not Dimension.
1st Density is the "level" of "being"-ness, creating the experience of separation as "not-self". The "One" cannot experience anything if it experiences itself as everything, since there would be distinction to experience.
2nd Density is the "level" of action, movement, change as an undifferentiated collective (the idea of self-realization is not prime).
3rd Density is the "level" of self-awareness and self-direction of change. It is the "level" of recognizing the self as an individual point of awareness.
4th Density is the integration of all individual-selves into a whole. It is the awareness and connectedness of the individuals into a collective whole without losing the sense of individual identity. This is recognizing the Oneness within the collective individuality within form.
5th Density is the disintegration of the physical identity of self into a "crystalized" non-physical identity of self. You no longer need form to realize the self. This is important because "Source" as the "Alpha" (one) does not have an awareness of "self". It is only possible to define "self" by splitting its sense of identity into "not-self". This is why you start off with no awareness of connectedness and "rise up" to the realization of Oneness, aka "Omega" (all), which then leads to another cycle of this process of self-creation and awareness.
All expansion through densities is about the definition of "self". At the "highest level", the "self" is One, God, Creator, Source, etc.
Dimensions are the perception of different ways to see all points of views.
1-D is awareness of self
2-D is awareness of change
3-D is the self in form.
4-D is the perception of change of 3-D.
5-D is the perception of different versions of the changes of 3-D.
6-D is the perception of different version of the version of the changes of 3-D.
This containment of the perspective of the previous dimension goes higher and higher. It is the integrating of the previous "perspectives" of dimensions.
BTW. Nothing is "going into" any density. All is already in all densities as there is no real separation in anything. It is only our perception of "things" that create the feeling of separation. The definitions of density levels is there to provide a measuring stick for one's beingness. When someone says we are moving into 4th Density, it is our awareness that is moving into that "level". Everything is about awareness, hence everything is about remembrance of "self", which is defining the "One"/"Alpha". As the "One" re-members itself together into the Whole, it is moving through densities of being-ness to experience itself. Each Density is having experiences through dimensions of perception of the self. These dimensions allow the "self" to examine and define itself through experiences. Practically, 4th Density is the re-membrance of "others" as being a part of the "self", hence the idea of the "female" energy of integration. The "masculine" energy of independence and separation allowed for the development of an identity. But the "female" energy is about nurturing those identities into the larger sense of identity.
There are many who do not want to feel a part of the whole. This is the path of "service to self". It is not a negative path. It is only a path for further definition of "self". The path of "service to others" is the path choice for those who wish to share in their sense of identity with others rather than choose individualization from the identity of others.
It's a higher dimension from the 3D we are in, we are moving into to higher frequencies 4 and 5D.🙂

But it's like trying to explain a three dimensional world to a being who exists in a one dimensional world. We all have the same difficulty grasping the particulars, or imagining how it would be. But we are being informed.
And then there's me, who cannot explain how my mobile phone works. Yet I use it anyway. Take some person from the middle of the Amazonian jungle, who has never seen TV, and they'll think it's magic. Now modern spiritual seekers go there, to listen to shamans speak of their worldviews, and the younger folk sitting around are playing with cell phones and surfing the net. Do they understand how cell phones work? No. But can they use the technology? With infrastructure, of course. That's reflective of a change in conscious awareness. Their world has opened up. Ours will too. It's about a change of how we view our world, and our place in it, and this affects how we treat one another. From 4D to 5D. From competition to cooperation. From a belief we are better/different, to comprehending that we share the same world, have the same basic needs, and from a burgeoning desire to make everything better. For everyone. Not just the top 5%. But from a tipping point of not just a few outliers with this worldview, but the necessary percentage that changes everything from the base up. Why else would you be here watching this video?

I have always been a loyal voter, but this year I am completely disenchanted by the whole process. Wow, that will really be great. Yes, the medical industry has been a big disappointment. What happens to the people that want to stay in the 3D? Well, that is just the story of reincarnation isn't it? Isn't earth just a training ground for higher ascension? It is difficult not to be disillusioned by EVERYTHING…there are such horrible things happening everywhere, and no politician is interested in changing any of this. They just pulling the same levers of these broken machines…more violence, more war, more rape of people and the planet. And the task is to love in the face of all this? I do believe, yes that is the task, but OMG! How hard! It seems impossible. How can we ascend out of this muck we are in?

Imagine that you are looking at the outline of a human form on a blackboard.
Outside of the outline, the blackboard itself, represents the boundless and omipotent God/ knowledge!
Inside the human outline, the centre is the same, boundless knowledge and at this level of knowledge we are one.
Knowledge is the same for me as it is for you and ultimately we shall arrive at the same conclusion.
Each of us have God/knowledge within but here at physical density, we left most of that knowledge at home and the reason for that is so we are able to enjoy the ego experience which becomes added to the boundless knowledge which we call God.
