Seriously, the entire video (which was shot on an iPhone) needs a better gimbal. The panning of your camera was bit too much of "vertigo" actions! You should watch this on a monitor, it's a rollercoaster ride from start to finish!
I lived in Mililani Mauka in the early 2000. Can't belive a wacked house like this is listed for over $1 million. Way overpriced. Pearl City has never been known as a desirable neighborhood in oahu.

Oahu is surrounded by some of the best beaches, is locals normally think of more living space when we see a yard instead of a pool lol 😊 but yes, permits are always hard to get.
