Hi everyone! I recently made a new channel that is very different but maybe some of you will like it. Its just sounds and music to fall asleep to, studying, for the background, or for relaxing. if you dont strum the notes it makes them short and shallow so people usually tap harder combos of notes and strum easier ones. tapping is actually insanely hard so seeing him do it on two guitars shows why herman lee himself recognized his playing.
Taping is actually easy, you can't palm mute ,use pinch harmonics, it's also hard to tap a bent strings just to name a few problems ..when you tap you are very limited
Guitar tapping is a lot harder than he makes it look. TheDooo is insanely talented and this was such an amazing video by him. I agree with the ending statement you said, I'd love to hear him play more metal, rock, heavy metal type of music. I want to listen to him shred 😮
Yes, he is really playing it. At least I think he is. If you had any idea how hard it is to do what he is doing with one hand,I think you be even more blown away.

3:35 "why do people bother?" its all about the strings swinging... you can make them swing by plucking them or by tapping/pulling them fast and hard enough those are called pull offs and hammer ons, but those are much more difficult and exhausting, so "chilly" guitar play is usually just plucking
I can do some tapping on the guitar not nearly is good as The Dooo. Playing by ear as you see in his videos when he hasn't heard the song before. I can't do that but The Doop has no trouble. If you really want to play the guitar it takes alot of practice but it's worth it.

Impending Doom is a Christian metal band, but this specific song has no lyrics, the instruments make the song. I think it is Impending Doom's softest song, this is from their album "There Will Be Violence".

Taping works well on electric guitars all you have to do is hit the string on the fret.

A comparison for the incredible difficulty is if you practiced to write as easily with both hands -- and that doesn't even come close.
I had no idea you could play a guitar like that without strumming.
