I thought I would tell this story, it happened to me the other day. I was walking with my friend at the park, a small boy was walking with his mom and sister, as I started to pass by him, he walked over with his arms wide open to give me a hug on my legs. I hugged him back and talked to him and his mother, he asked his mother if I could come over to their house to visit. Mom/me kinda just looked at each other, it truly was a amazing feeling. I knew at that moment that things had really changed for me, and my comforting energy was being felt by others. I've lived a rough life, so happy to see the changes in myself and humanity .Love your updates!! Thank you❤

I have lived a life with post traumatic stress and I have now had 3 heart attacks. Last one did damage and my heart valve is leaking quite a bit. I’m praying for healing as I don’t want anything to do with hospitals and open heart surgery. All my life I’ve waited for this time. I woke up 25 years ago but I don’t feel anything. I can raise my vibration. I’ve worked so hard on myself and thought with previous heart attacks that God was just adjusting my heart coming from terrible fear to love and light but this has got a bit serious. No sign of anything improving for me yet, I am awake, an empath, and like many going through a truly rough time, too much to deal with and no idea where it will end. This does not mean to say I do not believe that this golden light is coming in.. Yes I need to see a release from lack and worry - something tangible would be lovely.
Consider this a sign that you actually are moving in a positive direction? Perhaps you are feeling safer at a soul level and these emotions are coming up to be cleared/ released? Be tender and compassionate with yourself. I think this is an active process on our parts - as if we meet Spirit halfway. I'll share some ideas and practices that have helped me in hopes they may help you as well. You are not your depression - you are the one observing that you have experienced it. Get still, go within. Invite the Golden Light in. Have faith. Breathe, acknowledge the presence of the depression (as a form of energy), thank it for serving you, then release it with Love since you no longer need it (cut the cord). With the breath, on the inhale, we accept Spirit/ the Divine; on the exhale we release/ surrender. Aaaaaaaah

This has been happening for me these last couple of days after an immense long struggle with negativity and fear that has become physically threatening and painful. Last night for instance, I listened to Eckhart and found myself in such a deep state of loving joy that was both rising from within and being Divinely channelled. I have been at despair's edge with certain battles for many years, whilst doing almost all I can spiritually to shift dark family timelines. I'm extremely emotional with tears these past few days, the past 48hrs I've felt like I've had a form of Vertigo but it's a bit different, hard to explain but during these days I have had strangers, co-workers, & friends make comments to me how i'm glowing. 3 days ago I discovered the deity Aradia & had my first vision while listening to a chant designed for her. I really want to believe this message, because my depression has gotten worse since the 2 week of March. Thank you for this message.
No sign of anything improving for me yet, I am awake, an empath, and like many going through a truly rough time, too much to deal with and no idea where it will end. This does not mean to say I do not believe that this golden light is coming in.. Yes I need to see a release from lack and worry - something tangible would be lovely.
Consider this a sign that you actually are moving in a positive direction? Perhaps you are feeling safer at a soul level and these emotions are coming up to be cleared/ released? Be tender and compassionate with yourself. I think this is an active process on our parts - as if we meet Spirit halfway. I'll share some ideas and practices that have helped me in hopes they may help you as well.
You are not your depression - you are the one observing that you have experienced it.
Get still, go within. Invite the Golden Light in. Have faith. Breathe, acknowledge the presence of the depression (as a form of energy), thank it for serving you, then release it with Love since you no longer need it (cut the cord).
With the breath, on the inhale, we accept Spirit/ the Divine; on the exhale we release/ surrender.
