I am Romanian and live in the US. I work with prisons and correctional facilities here in the US and I can say that the US is way worse than the Romanian prisons especially when it comes to food. There is no “ supermarket” option especially with fresh fruits etc. I am proud to say that they have a good system to treat immates with dignity

As a American. I believe most Americans couldn't survive in a foreign prison. However foreigners could survive in our prisons. Here they are pampered. No joke. No tuff conditions here. We barely have a death penalty.
