I voted for the Carchar on every community vote they did, asked about it numerous times, and finally, after two times of being second place on popular vote, we got it. Love this thing. Taming them is best done PvP style where you feed them baby rexes. My favorite dino so far. Hope we get the UE 5 version to look even better.

The carcha stacks with the more creatures you kill and idk if the c attack is the tail spin or the roar

The C attack makes it roar wich resets it's charge but gives a speed boost. Thats how it works in regular ark atleast
