yes you can take compoffs because if you dont then it gets lapsed and it can not even be encashed. so it will be unfair for employees to give compoffs that they cant take. still contact your hr desk

I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it. 1) Buyout -- my manager not approving 2) Can i ask for a project release. 3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company. Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily
They can't force you to work for the company. If you are ready for buyout tell your HR and Manager that please give me in writing that you guys are not letting me go even after accepting the payout option.

@@ManoharBatra I don't know how many but people have taken sick leaves during notice period in my current organization. Since, sick leaves are emergency leaves. No company can deny, it may be that they will ask proof if there is toxicity else it's fine.

If we tack leave like 15 days. So 15 days extended or more
