This video is part of a series on asphalt performance testing and demonstrates the Indirect Tensile Cracking test or ITCT. The ITCT, also referred to as the IDEAL-CT, is based on “ASTM D8225-19: Standard Test Method for Determination of Cracking Tolerance Index of Asphalt Mixture Using the Indirect Tensile Cracking Test at Intermediate Temperature.”
