A very interesting thing here is that, there is a short and thin guy in the video. He does not have self-esteem issue when it comes to dating. He agrees he’s short, but no shame. As our culture focus a lot more on the qualities inside.

Some time people can't deal with what they are not used to especially if they are monocultural. In Africa skinny ladies have a hard time getting a man (deemed as sick)

Y'all do like every European/Western/African girl who is big in shape. With a lot of boobs and butt, but that's not true. There are a lot of flat-chested, skinny/slim, no-buttocks women out there who aren't Asians.
Beauty standards change in every neck of the woods! When I grew up, in Germany, skinny.....I was considered fat, back when I was a teen. Now, it's all about the curves and S-shapes and a little more ass than tits.
In the end, it all comes down to your character compatibility, and in Asian countries, it all comes down to exposure. Chinese guys might be more intimidated and do not pursue foreigners as much. Western men are better at pursuing and I would think there are more Western (African) men in China than women.
There are more Western (African) men than Western (African) Women not only in China but also in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Wonder their real reason for being there. They are the ones, esp the African men, who actively and indiscriminately pursue the local women, even strangers on the street.

However, the cultural differences are too great, and language communication is a big problem for me. For example, westerners rarely drink hot water, while almost all people in China drink hot water. In China, grandparents will help take care of their children, but many people in the west don't understand.。。。。。。 Too much is different,。
@@leelee-om9rc I know why the grandparents take care of the children, in China. It's because y'all work from Monday to Sunday. And if the kids aren't in school, the grandparents have them. It also depends where you are from. Western is a huge umbrella term for most first world countries.

It’s mostly goes down to Traditions and cultural barriers, like most other countries too…. This shit happens in Africa, Asia, Europe. It’s hard to relate to one culture if you are in another culture. It always has been and always will been, it goes to the INDIVIDUAL who is willing to break those barriers.
