Ma'am mein 2020 se awakening ki shuruat huyi hai aur inner work krte krte bahut balanced thi pichle 1 saal se....kisi bhi baat se trigger nhi hoti thi aur hui bhi toh bahut jald samjha leti thi khudko aur balance form mein aa jati thi but 2 din se bahut energy down feel ho rahi hai...ekdum lonely feel ho raha hai... Pichle 5-6 din se skin and hair ekdum se bahut dull ho gayi hai...bahut body pain ho raha hai... DM 2 din se dream mein bhi aa rahe hain but dream yaad nhi hai... Aur period cycle mein bhi changes aaye hai... July month tak kabhi bhi periods mein delay nhi huye hai mere but pichle 2month mein achanak se delay hua hai... Bechaini si ho rahi hai... I'm confused... Please is ka matalab bataiye?
