Spiral Classifier Features and Benefits

In this video, Jason describes the many benefits and uses of our Spiral Classifier, also called a Screw Conveyor, De-watering Screw, and Auger Conveyor. The Spiral Classifier helps de-water tailings to conserve water, move tailings away from your machinery to be collected in a pile or bin etc., and help separate your tailing sizes for reprocessing. The bearing is outside of our slurry to maximize the lifespan of the spiral classifier. The flights on the Spiral Classifier are designed to operate on a sand bed that builds up instead of operating on the trough which helps maximize the lifespan as well. You can also connect our Spiral Classifiers in series if you need to move your tailings further. Please let us know if you have any questions.
