Bro but i have two goals in my life which i want to share with you one thing is about my studies because now i am studying 11th standard my friends and mainly my family is advising that studies because this marks only will decide about my life and second thing is about my fitness i was little fat bro even my friends would tease me some times but i wont bother about that at all. But i feel sometimes that to reduce my weight but the problem is studies also there in my journey so in that case my mind was get confused bro . So please clear up my mind bro .

Great question, when I speak about goal setting I will go in depth. Its one goal per field. For example(Health) I should not aim for weight lifting and HIIT at the same time. You are allowed to have individual goals in the areas u mentioned. In that area not more than one.

Then work on your habits regularly which will eventually get u there
