@@RisingDeath The love story is one of the subplots but it's more action in my opinion. I know this will gain traction again because of the upcoming spin off but it's nice people are noticing this because for a long time it's just us fans rewatching the series.

First episode is significantly hype. Inuyasha is portrayed as much a beast, and I like Kagome's fondness for him throughout the episode. And the rock falling on Inuyasha at the end with all the sits is just so ridiculously extra, and I love it.
When I picked this up and watched it, I was quite impressed by the quality of this Blu. This is indeed one of my favorite Blu-Ray releases of 2020.

I am so happy that the Blu-ray has change the world as the opening collecting InuYasha on Blu-ray should be easy however collecting Maison Ikkoku on DVD is gonna be hard since Viz doesn't sell it anymore

This has to be one of my favorite animes of all time. It was one of the first animes that I watched as a kid. When I was younger I had a crush ❤ on Inuyasha the main character. I even started getting into archery after I watched some episodes. Definitely watch this anime you won't regret it. It's filled with adventure and romance and drama.

The animation and the details are still one of the absolute best from the Cel era ( my favorite era) and it did deserve the Blu Ray. I'm so freaking happy to see those amazing hand-draw background and character in actual high definition.

@@amirgriffin2546 Too bad. Funimation will be doing the dubbing. That means the English voice acting will not be done in Canada. It will be done in Texas. Expect characters to be voiced by Texas based VAs. Won't be surprised if the original characters get recasted.
This is still one of the best Shounens I can recommend, and it predates the big 3, One Piece, Naruto and Bleach.
I can easily see that all the characters are cels lol. So clean.

There is a very high chance that this anime's dubbing will be done in Los Angeles. If it's true, then expect all the original Inuyasha characters like Kagome to have new voice actors. For the new characters debut in the sequel, it will be LA based voice actors. Provided if the sequel's dub is gonna done in LA

I know it's supposed to be a spin-off but I still hope I get to see Inuyasha and everyone again, I'd be a little disgusted if it didn't
Me too but Tbh their time is over. I would've been happy regardless if we never got a sequel. All i wanted was to Know what happened after the last episode but a whole spin off series is nice. Im just a but worried that the main series will get popular and get a lot of haters. We got to keep this amazing thing to ourselves and now more people will get to know it and pick it apart. I don't want inuyasha to end up like naruto with the boruto sequel lol I always felt like inuyasha is a timeless classic and I just don't want anyone hating on it like most people do with mainstream anime.

@@Jessica-bj5qi that's so true. I'm just a purist lol and does anyone even really remember the sailor moon sequel? Haha yashahime really is a glorified fanfiction if you think about it. I guess I just don't want inuyasha to be "tainted" by the sequel curse though that probably won't happen. Inuyasha really ended on a high note so if something bad happens to the original characters I'll lose it.
@@Jessica-bj5qi some remakes aren't that bad, like the Dororo remake which I find is quite nice but that's because I wasn't born to watch the original one when it was playing so it introduced me to the story. But i'm totally against anyone remaking inuyasha in the future with a different art style lol
