Me who is nearly 30 and still sprints, and did them today. They say a nearly 700 percent increase in growth hormones after doing it. I don't get it because I find them quite exhilarating! To be real I find physical fitness to be one of the best parts of life though, I'm probably in the vast minority though
A 700% increase in growth hormone means diddly squat. You produce basically zero growth hormone in the day, so what happens when you multiply 0.001 x 7? The amount your growth hormone spikes at night is in the hundreds of thousands of percent.
It’s so hard to respect business leaders that are out of shape. It’s hard to take a manager seriously and take their advice when they look like a blob.
Idk man I've know guys who were fat but tough as nails I used to have the same belief as you but after seeing military guys that changed ( there was a fat guy in the military rank Sargent who was highly decorated and would whoop most people's ass)
I’m 34 and do at least 4 explosive sprints everyday the way my face has leaned out is unbelievable and also starting to see a lot more definition in shoulders and upper body it’s almost like a cheat code I’ve learned and the more I do the more I wanna keep going, every man who trains needs to get on it at least 3 times a week
Ngl almost became part of this statistic. Throughout my life my stamina and sprint speed have been my greatest assets and while I played football they were stengthened skills. But it's been four years since I played football where I would sprint all the time. And without me realising my tank had been declining ever since. Lucky for me i signed up for a boxing match back in feb and I was exposed to how bad my endurance, stamina and lung capacity was. Been sprinting once a week and doing long distance runs once a week too ever since. Right before I turned 30.
I believe that stat. Funny how so many people were making fun of Mike Tyson for sprinting. Most people would break a bone or rip a muscle trying that 😂
Okay then guys we've got a BUNCH of sprinters here at 1stman. We've got fast sprinters, we've got world class sprinters. Nah I'm just kidding. Just buy my products, so i can milk you out your last drops
Chris, love your work, can you remake the 'Be a ruthless c*nt' video. Feel like the added experiences in several competitive fields that you've had since then would make it even more insightful
1st man makes videos that 99 percent of people wouldn’t even think of I always thought your fitness would go after the age of 21 if you don’t keep it up drinking habits ect
Yesterday, playing over 40s 11aside football. Sprint more times to count. Im a firefighter keep fit lads. Fit body, fit mind, and we wonder why metal health is a major problem.
solid advice to be more active. you seem to look around 42 (10-11 years older than you are) - wouldn't have guessed anywhere near 31.. do you think it's due to stress from over working that ages you more?
One of the most insane statistics ever. Im 27 and still sprint a couple times a month. 30 is still young. It would feel like giving up to never sprint again
Because people don't need to be fit unfortunately, i.e., a part from individual health that people do it for (themselves) In society today, it's unlike before where in the old ages, if you were fat, you were considered Rich. Before covid/Internet, you're always engaging with people and it's respectful and commendable to take care of yourself physically (you're more trusted etc) Today, with media saying 'you can be you' and don't fat shame (and all variations of this nonsense), people fall into it not even being a metric that matters because you can get instant gratification in a million other ways. The sad truth IMHO is that the people who aren't into fitness/aware of what's up, will keep living, die whenever, and along the way, hate their life (a generalization, but working out just helps people straight up with so, so much)
Not a surprising number. 36 with a career ending knee injury at 34. Still can't sprint again yet but I train. 50% of people are women and they don't sprint. 50% of people (male and female) in the country are obese and probably shouldn't sprint.
Speaking the truth. Glad I've been playing rugby or else i would be lazy and just do curls and bench at the gym like every other guy. Gotta keep my sprints and cardio up or else I'll get smashed in my rugby games
@@holisticsapien7466 Nah, any realist is obsessed with the superficial, as this is what reality reflects back at us, this is what people treat you based on, you only get to the deeper stuff when people respect you superficially.
@@holisticsapien7466 It's not ''my way of thinking'' that you are treated based on your appearance, it's the conclusion I've come to by observing reality, other things are important of course, but if you care about maximizing yourself, appearance is a very high return on investment stat to improve. I think I’d pay to hear him say that
What a reference
Hahah this is so good 😂

This feels like old 1stman. 1stman that we've all loved. 🤙
pure motivation and inspiration from this man every video
This guys on tear. Nothing but love from a bull rider from San Antonio Texas. Have a blessed year!
Tear?
From SA too!

Especially boxing coaches 😳
Churchill? My boss is terribly fat, everybody have respect for him, he has no ego, he has super strong voice.
No fit shaming (lol) but what's the last time a historically famous/acclaimed leader's been fit?
Depends if they have the makings of a varsity athlete, if not, I’m respecting tf outta him
Still playing football, still sprinting. It's still fun.
This guy is KING 👑👑👑!!!

How long have you been doing this?
If you have a young child you’ll need to sprint ! I’m 57 and still sprint, ignored it for maybe nine months but today thought I better get back at it.

that"s true i havent sprinted since hight school
The greatest single workout imo
maybe only high intensity kettlebell workouts would compare
Just sprinted and now i look like prime Arnold
How many of yall have proof or experienced him scamming yall ? I’m not saying he is or he isn’t, but it sure seems like yall are hating
His TH-cam content seems cool but his program seems like a money grab, I’ve wAtched him for 3 years and he’s been selling out sadly.
Male Advantage starts kicking in after 40 . It’s when a man is in his prime at COPING.

maybe it is beacuse he is bald
He went bald early.
We have no idea about his diet through his 20s.

Sprinting at 57. I do it uphill. Also do it on the stationary bike.
You look really healthy for a guy who's nearly 60
Good on you friend,I hope you live a long and healthy life
BMX bikes are built for sprinting, still ride mine at 57.

Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t more people into fitness than ever in history? With the largest population ever

That's probably the case yes, mostly young people 15-30
I highly doubt it maybe in some countries but not the US people are drinking alcohol or smoking reefer more than exercising more than ever
Social media bias
People were more naturally active and fit some decades ago with difference and lifestyle and w/o technology
Idris Elba and Brad Pitt are also two other examples guys are 55-60 and don’t look like they’re slowing down
TRT
This video was the funniest video yet I love you 1stman 😂😂 bro said luggage 😂😂
This is why Joe Rogan is able to do three jobs. He is fitter than all of his colleagues his age.
Let’s not ignore the TRT he’s on lol
I’m kind of addicted to your videos Chris you exaggerate sometimes though but I live in north of England so probably less accurate
Im so tired of TH-cam grift

Kris, when are the diuretics coming thru?
Yh frr
The majority of the ingredients were combined into the male lifestyle supplement
What happened to his older videos
you might even be able to grow taller from sprinting

the title makes sense havent watched it yet (first)
