    Me who is nearly 30 and still sprints, and did them today. They say a nearly 700 percent increase in growth hormones after doing it. I don't get it because I find them quite exhilarating! To be real I find physical fitness to be one of the best parts of life though, I'm probably in the vast minority though

    • @-whackd
      @-whackd 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      A 700% increase in growth hormone means diddly squat. You produce basically zero growth hormone in the day, so what happens when you multiply 0.001 x 7?
      The amount your growth hormone spikes at night is in the hundreds of thousands of percent.

    I’m 34 and do at least 4 explosive sprints everyday the way my face has leaned out is unbelievable and also starting to see a lot more definition in shoulders and upper body it’s almost like a cheat code I’ve learned and the more I do the more I wanna keep going, every man who trains needs to get on it at least 3 times a week

    Ngl almost became part of this statistic. Throughout my life my stamina and sprint speed have been my greatest assets and while I played football they were stengthened skills. But it's been four years since I played football where I would sprint all the time. And without me realising my tank had been declining ever since.
    Lucky for me i signed up for a boxing match back in feb and I was exposed to how bad my endurance, stamina and lung capacity was. Been sprinting once a week and doing long distance runs once a week too ever since. Right before I turned 30.

    • @LalitDevraj
      @LalitDevraj 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Because people don't need to be fit unfortunately, i.e., a part from individual health that people do it for (themselves)
      In society today, it's unlike before where in the old ages, if you were fat, you were considered Rich. Before covid/Internet, you're always engaging with people and it's respectful and commendable to take care of yourself physically (you're more trusted etc)
      Today, with media saying 'you can be you' and don't fat shame (and all variations of this nonsense), people fall into it not even being a metric that matters because you can get instant gratification in a million other ways.
      The sad truth IMHO is that the people who aren't into fitness/aware of what's up, will keep living, die whenever, and along the way, hate their life (a generalization, but working out just helps people straight up with so, so much)
