I appreciate that I have more time and money in this project than anticipated but I think it’s going well. Go pros are not very durable behind a 900 hp sprint car :\
Tmez I grew up in brazil. Lincoln park speedway and the sprints was always a great show. Sitting on the hill in the grass turn four. My best memory was a red flag and they stopped the cars out of four and the front stretch. There was a red car just stroked out . Ugh da Ugh da ugh da. The only car running. After that I was hooked! Still hooked 20 years later. Cant wait to see you at the action track!
Wow. How I luv this channel much much to to learn. Can't wait to be back in the seat again in my old girl. A 1997 Tognotti. Won a few 305 dirt wing races in it and lots of winged pavement races in it. Now same car going steel block non wing racing at Paragon and Lincoln Park. Please help. Throw some numbers at me.. Basic set up
thank u Thomas,, Love the footage in fact In my experience "the best overall" . Moreover your narration is perfect and about as authentic as it comes. Looking foward every you tube video. Godspeed Friend
I love the setup stuff since I know nothing but don't give away all your secrets as I value all our lives but no one else talks about setup like you do. Swindell Speedlab or Tanner Holmes certainly don't talk about setup like you do. Thanks
I’m a setup guy. I could give you my notes and it wouldn’t help you bc it’s all about reading the track and when is the right time to do the changes. I won’t be able to do much on setup with the midget but the local shows it’s fun to show the fans what goes on behind the scenes. I have a brand new sprint car I’m going to build on the channel.
Another great video looking forward to midget week and all the content you make for it. I'll be back for my 10th year of Sprint Week I can't wait. Good luck during midget week show those snot nose kids how to drive lol. Slide or Die !!! 👍😁
As a fan, Putnamville is our go to track for me and my buddies, Its close to home. We love how the cushion builds up in 3 and 4. We think it really shakes things up and makes for some good racing. Looked pretty rough out there, you will get them next time.
ah good you got the mystery machine going again, thats a nice steering wheel very flashy and like the made in usa symbol I wish more things were, yea the track looks rough but thats dirt though more work could be put into it with a bit of watering and treatment, though I know very little about the nuances of how to make a track workable, gardening and getting a feel for how its tilling is another matter as I have done many times. but that track looks like running the baja very rocky and dusty. and that was really bouncing your around out there, but I suppose its not as nasty as a track thats slop from too much water and the whole thing is mud. and at the end of the day pulling it off sometimes is the best you can do its expensive and its not worth putting your life and limb in jepardy if you cant get the control properly of the car, especially after you just got the mystery machine put back togather, I saw silver crown racing last week at irp and people drop out like flys sometimes, if they are having mechanical issues, or something just not feeling right, all three of my drivers I cheered for dropped out of the carb night classic, grant, newman, and beziac
That track was bad all the way around and even in the stands. Good job, that car turned into junk and you did the right thing getting off the track before something bad happened. The mud was something I never seen so bad.
As you said, no track prep? That’s just lazy or they don’t know how other then throwing water on it? Doesn’t help when half the show is when the sun ☀️ is up. Tracks with no curfew need to start later in the summer so you get a better track = better racing for the drivers and better show for the fans. Thanks for sharing
Dude how gnarly were those ruts!! Not a fan of Lincoln seems like a bottom feeder track. Good job just keeping 4 wheels down and finishing. Driving aggressive was not for that track.
Thats the dirt track i go to. Its been a few years, but will get back there this year if the economy doesnt take a dump. Looks like the their running good shows out there.
Thanks for taking the time to make these videos Thomas!

These videos are amazing
Thank you! Really been putting a lot of effort in, I hope everyone enjoys watching them as much as I love making them!
I think you made the right decision pulling off. That track was sketchy in the first place, then add 10 pounds of dirt on the right. Smart move
Thanks! I race a lot so there is always next weekend
Awesome video, as always! That was a scary bike, but you saved it and came back to the pits safely, to race another day!
Better being safe than sorry buddy. U made the right call! You’ll get them next time!
Just try to keep it in one piece!
Man those ruts made my head hurt lol.
Me too!😂
You guys are nuts, good save ×2,thanks for the great entertainment!

Looks like they had a lot of lighting sprints.
Good decision never 2nd guess yourself .

It was definitely not the most ideal track conditions, just try to get it back to the trailer in one piece!
TMez you guys don't run any Rake in the chassis??

I should have just rolled the bottom but it’s not my style!
@@tmezTv I hear ya brother!! No fun and it just seems like your settling for position instead of battling. Good call on your part none the less!!
Damn. A double pucker. Great video! What was the big announcement? Did I miss it?
Just that I have been super busy and haven’t been able to upload my video
Will you be at I-96 this weekend for the BOSS race?
Nope I’m running for midget week
Thats the dirt track i go to. Its been a few years, but will get back there this year if the economy doesnt take a dump. Looks like the their running good shows out there.
Seems like there's always a pretty good size rut right there in one-two. I don't know what the problem is.
They claim there is a spring under there 🤷♂️
Sounds like getting completely out of throttle on entry?
On this night yes! Car wouldn’t turn in one and two and it was so slick and three and four
@@tmezTv
Haha. Maybe you can put up some telemetry like the networks used to do.
@@tmezTv Thanks for the insight!
Hey TMez, would you mind if I take a screen shot of ya driving so I can paint it. I thought to ask first, cause that's how I roll. Jesus Does Save
Go for it!
Nice
Rush hour traffic at P_VILLE
Yes!! 😂
