A great game. This game was broadcast to the Charleston, West Virginia Civic Center. I was there the crowd went crazy.
I was there. Fantastic game. So stinking hot. Their fans were great, they purchased our flying WV hats.

This was a great win for WVU.It set the tone how their program was going to play in the 1980’s.WVU took a big step with this game.
