They balance each other out a bit too, Lucy is very idealistic, Tamara has to be more pragmatic from living on the street, but has the same values. Edit: Your edit is very well done, you don't just include when she's on-screen but the context of the scene as well, that's not something a lot of people do, and it's great that you do.

If you don't have info about a missing parent, or very little info, ASK, and do it while the missing parent is probably still alive. Ask any relative who might have knowledge. Don't assume that what you've been told is necessarily true. "He wasn't ready to be a father" doesn't cover much ground. It might mean your granddaddy ran him off with a shotgun, or he was married to someone else. Bottom line: it's your ancestry, and you have a right to know. And yes, I do realize this is just a TV show. (But a darn good one.)
