Raul Malo & Jerry Dale McFadden - "Come Unto Me / Besame Mucho"

After cancellation of The Mavericks concert in Manchester 27 Feb 2015. Raul and the band members came out to meet and chat to fans. Raul saw that there was a Grand Piano in the foyer of the venue and decided to sing a few songs for those that had waited behind. He was joined by Jerry Dale McFadden (piano), Max Abrams (sax) and Paul Armstrong (trumpet).

That was very nice of them to do that, to sing some songs, i (from holland) was in Glasgow and the concert was just perfect, and when i see this video, oh i whish i could sing a duet with Raul and only with Jerry on the piano, i am not a singer, but if it was my last wish..............keep on dreaming...................thanks for the video!

This band is a class act. Not only do they play well and get along, most band don't give a damn about the fans - the Mavericks do! Also I never seen Jerry Dale mad. This guy is always laughing - what a great attitude.

I was there that night , the concert was at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester , UK. 5 minutes before they were due on stage the concert was cancelled as the sprinkler system in the building wasn’t working so for health and safety it had to be rescheduled to a few days later . There was a piano in the foyer and Raul and a few band members came out and did an impromptu performance for us , he was as disappointed as we were that they couldn’t perform that night but it was brilliant to hear him sing in the foyer . What a guy !! .
