Nobody ever has a single bad word to say about Colin Morgan do they. He seems like a genuinely lovely guy. So hardworking too. He'll go far with an attitude like that.
In my experience it's the genuine, nice people that get screwed over by the world and other people. So it's nice to see that for a change, a man like him is centre stage so to speak and successful instead of the arrogant, over-inflated, big mouth egos.
I love how low his voice is, and the accent of course! for some one as cute and lanky as he is you'd think he'd have a high voice, but its so low! :) Colin is adorable! And when you watch him meeting fans hes so SWEEEET & nice and he never gets edgy really. :) What a coool dude, and of course hes got good taste in music!

I think they said, because Morgana also had an Irish accent, they didn't want to be confusing; but it's probably more historically accurate to give people Irish accents tbh
No... You can listen his accent in his other works ... I like to hear whatever accent Merlin speaks in .. it's so soft and pleasant .. We wouldn't have get it , if they had let him keep him his original one .. we can always listen the original in his other works ...
it's pretty hard to understand his accent sometimes lol, plus the tone comes off as harsher whereas merlin's softer british voice suits his character's gentle, shy, awkward personality a bit better (in my opinion!)

What a good man Colin is, how attentive he is to his interviewer's questions, Merlin continues to be one of my all time favorite TV shows.
