- How to make paper flowers! Learn how to make a paper flower. This step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to know to make beautiful, giant paper flowers. Paper flowers can be used to decorate for parties or weddings. They make a gorgeous addition to a nursery. They are inexpensive and fun to make! I've included cut files for Cricut or Silhouette machines as well as printable templates you can cut by hand if you don't have a machine. This is one of my favorite paper crafts ever!

I used the PDF file and the outer circle that is the largest could in now way accommodate more than 4 petals that are labeled to go with it. Please check your PDF file as it does not match what is happening in the video.

I tried to make but it didnt turn out right. I'm thinking the largest inner circle was to small. Also some of the templates would not print. They were the ones that were all black.
The templates that are all black are SVG files made to use with a craft cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette. The only file made to cut by hand is the white one. The largest inner circle should be about 3 inches across. Hope that helps!
