An emulsion of water and special oil that emulsifys easy with good lubricating ability's, usually its 5-15% oil and the rest water for cooling and chip removal from the flutes
It looks to me to be something for someone who doesn’t move stuff around on their beds very often. I couldn’t imagine that saving much time or hassle cutting that stuff down to fit for every setup compared to cleaning out the t slots.
We do more setups per day than the average shop. The covers take seconds to install and are flexible enough to simply bend aside to throw on a vise. The back t-slot rarely gets removed and stays installed permanently, basically. I created the covers with jobshops in mind. Everyone is welcome to their own opinion, but we have shops saving thousands per machine yearly in uptime. It's not just cleaning the t-slots. The entire enclosure has less chip buildup when they are flushed away during the cycle.
When she says "Not inside" but it's too late.

Яка технічна назва цого пристосування?
Это многоосевой фрезерный станок с числовым программным управлением. Точную модель идентифицировать сложно.
@Sqrr029
Фрезер впізнав, то не складно.
