It's amazing how the RE movies might differ a lot from the games, but the soundtracks always capture the survival horror feel of the franchise. I can imagine Leon and Claire surviving the monsters in the RPD with this music slowly playing. So creepy. Love it!

I haven’t seen Resident Evil Welcome To Raccoon City and I’m planning on watching it.
I just finished watching the Resident Evil movies. But this scene was so stylish, epic and powerful. The combination of awesome music and visuals.
I really loved the music and can't stop listening to it.
Loved Resident Evil since 2014 when I first watched afterlife. Then fell in love with the games too...

But what I don’t like about it is what happened to wesker I mean really but it’s the only thing I didn’t like about the last film they made him the weakest character for some reason. But in the games he a bad ass.
They had some good ideas in these movies, but it was just stringing them together and making sense of the story that was the issue. Out of context there was a lot of cool shit.

This movie & the soundtracks & everything about it bring so many great memories... I grew up loving every single thing "zombie" whether it was a movie, tv show, video game, etc...
Resident Evil was absolutely my favourite franchise ever, maybe it's just nostalgia but I really love this franchise so much because I had great time growing up & watching Mia and the other crew and cast members bringing us one masterpiece after another...
"Afterlife" in particular has a special place because the memories are so vivid. I remember, back in the day when we travel back home in summer vacation, I used to snatch DVDs out of a bag that my brother used to store all his movie DVDs in, lol! It's so vivid, I actually remember the bag itself and where I was sitting when I watch that film on my mom's laptop... This was the last thing I saw before the war started in my home country (Syria)....
Everything changed after that...
I sometimes even think of "afterlife" in a melodramatic way as if this movie was actually what happened to my country, my neighborhood, my house, my people and most importantly my memories and great childhood... and it actually portrays that transition properly... It's all there! It's not dead! but it's definitely not alive, it's not the same at all, and I can't say I feel the same as back then, not at all!
God I love this opening song. One of the best opening songs out there. The beat, the drums, the fills. All of it just sounds like...well...Resident Evil.
Watching this intro gives me chills, such a great intro.
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear this track is the female zombie's red shoes.
Yeah that whole shot of her while the camera scales up and the credits are showing makes it even more epic.

I hope we here this musical duo on more film soundtracks. After the 1st film I'd never thought anyone could match it but re: afterlife and re: retribution have amazing soundtracks. Not dissing the others (well, idk, score wise apocalypse is the weakest to me by far, re extinction has some greats and so does FC), there just plain awesome.

I wondered the same thing, but then she appeared pretty much right after the 2nd time they used this track in the sequel and I was not dissapointed (only that they only made on more and didn't have more of her there should've been a film in between retribution and final chapter)
