For the people saying the Telos ends up with better stats if picking the 20% status, the higher crit chance and damage amounts to 13% higher average damage, which is lower than the Prime's 20%. If we take into account a max stacked crimson overture, the proportion is less favorable for the Prime, but still at 18%. That said... if we go for the crit bonuses on the Telos, the damage bonus total ends up being 26% if we pick 4% crit and status, and 32% if we pick the 6% crit. Of course, this comes at the cost of a humongous amount of status chance. Going off of this, the Telos is probably better at Normal and SP content, while the Prime would be better at Endurance / Level cap stuff.
Can’t wait to see what you do with the Lex! Someone posted a video and it seems to have a FAT projectile, about twice as wide as the Fulmin, but didn’t see a range limit. Couldn’t tell if it had body punch through because the creator only shot between targets to show the fat projectile lol
It has a big punch through as in it can hit enemies behind a door. Tested it myself in-game. Only downside is that the Lex Incarnon has a SLOW fire rate.
i'm not 100% sure about weapons but in teshin cave it will always show prime version of warframes if you have it so i would assume it also applies to weapons as well.
Boltor prime just because of the nostalgia for me. It's funny I have rivens for so many of these weapons because I just like them now they're worth almost as much as the MIGHTY SEER
8:30 so personally if I was making the game and the system was already set up but I can do 1 thing to add QOL ied have it show up as the boltor and when you pick it a drop down menu pops up asking which version (that you own) do you want, because if your someone like me the prime isn’t always the best option, I have an Octavia that is fully built and I have the prime that I only got like two weeks ago but I’ve not bothered to put forma into as I’ve run out so ied want the normal version of Octavia to show up.
I did Telos because High Crit and I don’t have the Prime and seeing all those red crits makes my brain happy plus Triple Galvanized mods are there because extra damage from Aptitude, Crit from Scope and Multi from Chamber. Aptitude is there cause I’m putting Corrosive on it so it can handle pesky armored units
I used my incarnon adapter on my braton vandal and the prime still shows up. I also have a really nice machete wraith, which is the strongest variant- but the prisma machete only shows up. So it looks like prime is favored over alternative versions and prisma is favored over wraith.
It’s actually even more scuffed. I have a Machete and Machete Wraith and 9 out of 9 times ot favors the Machete over the Machete Wraith. At least I put a catalyst on the Machete but damn

So I’ve finally found someone showing of the Bronco incarnon and it’s the weeks sleeper, you shoot one guy and it has a chain lighting effect spreading to everyone in range, I don’t know if it’s number based or range but it was covering about a 10 meter circle hitting and killing about 12 units. I think a lot of people are going to be upset that they didn’t pick the Bronco this week.
@just4universe219 have and the Bronco is doing more damage (I’ll be fair and calling even damage) because of how wide it spreads and it’s fire rate, from what I can tell the lex can clear a corridor in one shot but the Bronco can clear a room in the same time even if it’s not a single shot.
Wouldn't Telos have the edge if you choose the +20 % status? That makes the icarnon form have 36%cc/3.2x cd/ 30.7% sc, which is better than prime with 34%cc/3x cd/30%sc. This would also make non-incarnon better for the telos as well since it would be 30cc/2.4cd/36sc for telos vs 22cc/2cd/44sc for prime.
@@LibertyIncwhile that is true, status effects + higher crit multipliers are just insane. Also 50% more magazine capacity on the Telos Boltor, meaning less downtime reloading which translates to a higher DPS despite a lower base damage. And the Boltor hits hard enough to make it pretty good at higher level content anyways so during normal missions you’re killing more by being able to fire more. Boltor Prime has the shiny looks though so whatever floats anyone’s boat. Boltor is iconic for a reason.
Absolutely fantastic content as always! My only request maybe segment the video on the time bar? That way we can just go right back to a specific section to rewatch your amazing content instead of guessing where the start of the segment is. Like in the build videos segment the bar out for like new, standard, and riven builds
Personally I am picking the telos for this one, while on paper the prime is better, I just want acces to the funny explosion, and with the 20% status on the last evo it does get better all round stats in anything that isn't damage or fire rate. I'll just get a second boltor incarnon genesis when it comes around again as this rotation only had three weapons that seemed fun to me anyway.

I was really looking forward to the boltor incarnon but compared to all the other ones i got it really feels lackluster. I mean i just look at videos of the braton one and its like night and day in terms of funtionality.

The status chance for the incarnon that you pick from the Evo get more or less divided by 3 cus innate Multishot, so if evolutions say increase status chance by 10%, it'll end up only adding 3-4% on the incarnon form per projectile, just keep the in mind guys

Telos is better, if you choose the right paths. You also get gas explosions and parkour velocity with it. So Telos Boltor has better stats, other than base damage which it easily racks up due to the CC.
If you get the 20% base status chance for the telos, wont telos then have slightly higher crit/ crit dmg / and status than the prime as well? Im a bit confused here.
Sadly the extra crit damage does not make up for base damage loss. Also due to the incarnon modes innate multishot the base status chance increase gets thirded for the incarnon mode so it only gets to 17.3% compared to the prime's base 20%
Yeah i wish they would actually make some interesting choices, like almost every incarnon choice is: You take this OR you take the worse option! We know, hard choice.
When I put the incarnon on my 6 forma braton vandal, all I got was the braton prime in SP circuit sadly. Deleted my 6-forma braton prime & the pedestal was gone. I since later obtained the braton vandel confirmed in SP circuit.
Picking Status Chance + 20% for Telos wouldn't put it 36% - 30% against 34% - 30% from the prime version? But based on other people comments, only the prime variant shows on the circuit (which is kinda stupid imo), so that puts the prime variant ahead. I wish I could put it on Telos Boltor. Guess I'll put on the prime variant.

My telos is a menace, I haven't enjoyed a boltor in years, I got cc cd and ammo in the mag on my riven....like 120 crit chance and it's got 8x multi with status from the tree , I've got truth + the multi on crits plus the status to proc my viral and hunter mumu ggs
I feel like it hardly maters wich you chose - stats are so close when you calculate BIS for both guns (telos with elemental balance and prime with survivours edge) - personaly i would still prob chose telos its realy darn close to prime and you get that syndicate prock on top of that I personaly dont like that desin decision - instead of making those guns more unique they made them more of the same
Incarnon adapters do not seem to make the variant take priority, I did my mk-1 strun and I still get the prime in the cave. There might be some override for the mk-1 weapons but the incarnon is definitely not an end all be all “better” when I comes to teshins cave

While I like that the weapons that were used to be meh is not getting some love, I really wished it was more flavorful in my opinion. Remember the first Incarnon weapons that had the increase damage per non or crit or normal shots, I wished it was applied here, make the telos boltor be lean on the crit side, it should have base stats on crit damage with certain talents while boltor prime should have been more damage if crit was below, this would have made more sense and made both weapons more viable in their own way, now people would lean more on the boltor prime rather than preference. Either way its ok at best the vids good for people that can't decide, I would still use my telos, I love crits, thanks Leyzar.
Well the boltor prime has better stats with that last upgrade, but what about the cirt mutiplier? Telos boltor has 2.4 and the prime has the regular 2.0 🤔 Maybe that could be something small for some peopple but is something that do helps for all the crit damage dealed by the weapon
Boltor prime with:bane mod, galv chamber,crit delay,vital sense,galv aptitude,60/60 viral, hunter munitions - has 104cc, 6,6cd and 60% status per pellete in incarnon form. In my opinion Prime is better than Telos because Prime has bigger fire rate,more status,more base damage. Keep in mind, if you own prime boltor, you will never get telos in circuit cave in duviri
I think it’s kinda strange why the primed crit chance is so so low they should honestly buff it to at least 15 percent maybe up to 20 percent before it got its incarnon upgrade this thing was absolute trash. It’s honestly a bit offense that the prime and the telos are so close any prime weapon should be the clear winner.
well honestly prime should boost all stats from the base model and all varients should nerf either crit or status but boost the other like the overall base damage should be the same for varient/prime... but they arent atleast thats how i see it, especially if they added the riven disposition stuff to make people use all weapons seems to be the logical choice
I have both and the telos feels so much better the prime is still amazing and claps the enemy but the telos has that AOE which when it procs you’ll understand what I mean
Glitched Perks WTF? nearly every video so far there's an Incarnon perk that doesn't work DE needs to get their act together, can't release updates that are broken.
For the Boltor Prime, is there any reason to ever pick the Evolution IV Elemental Balance perk over the Survivor's Edge? It just seems to be straight up worse.
only thing that comes to mind is wukong if you have a Gen 1 incarnon using the anti crit weapon setup since i think his clone also get the 20x damage from non crits, if the player is the one holding it (cause warframe go BUGS) besides that... maybe a anti crit riven you love that boosts something else big time?... idk man im kinda shoot blanks here
Not so sure about the whole teshin cave giving you 'better' versions of the guns. I have Hek, Vaykor Hek and Kuva Hek. Guess which one I got for circuit? Thats right regular basic Hek. Maybe it does try to prioritize the best versions there but there is still kninks to work out in the system.

I sold my bronco prime to free up inventory space before the incarnon list dropped 🥺

Dont forget that bronco also got an "augment" mod from nightwave which stuns enemies hit within 8m

That's the first thing I noticed as well. The telos would have 2% more crit, x0.2 crit dmg and 0.7% status chance but prime has 12 more base dmg.
I personally went for Telos because I had crit damage mod on riven so it's much more effective on it

Well the boltor prime has better stats with that last upgrade, but what about the cirt mutiplier? Telos boltor has 2.4 and the prime has the regular 2.0 🤔
Maybe that could be something small for some peopple but is something that do helps for all the crit damage dealed by the weapon

Boltor prime with:bane mod, galv chamber,crit delay,vital sense,galv aptitude,60/60 viral, hunter munitions - has 104cc, 6,6cd and 60% status per pellete in incarnon form.
In my opinion Prime is better than Telos because Prime has bigger fire rate,more status,more base damage.
Keep in mind, if you own prime boltor, you will never get telos in circuit cave in duviri

I think it’s kinda strange why the primed crit chance is so so low they should honestly buff it to at least 15 percent maybe up to 20 percent before it got its incarnon upgrade this thing was absolute trash. It’s honestly a bit offense that the prime and the telos are so close any prime weapon should be the clear winner.
That's kind of the point. It's been completely power crept and now these adapters are allowing them to be competitive again
well honestly prime should boost all stats from the base model
and all varients should nerf either crit or status but boost the other
like the overall base damage should be the same for varient/prime... but they arent
atleast thats how i see it, especially if they added the riven disposition stuff to make people use all weapons seems to be the logical choice
I have both and the telos feels so much better the prime is still amazing and claps the enemy but the telos has that AOE which when it procs you’ll understand what I mean

For the Boltor Prime, is there any reason to ever pick the Evolution IV Elemental Balance perk over the Survivor's Edge? It just seems to be straight up worse.
only thing that comes to mind is wukong if you have a Gen 1 incarnon using the anti crit weapon setup
since i think his clone also get the 20x damage from non crits, if the player is the one holding it (cause warframe go BUGS)
besides that... maybe a anti crit riven you love that boosts something else big time?... idk man im kinda shoot blanks here

Not so sure about the whole teshin cave giving you 'better' versions of the guns. I have Hek, Vaykor Hek and Kuva Hek. Guess which one I got for circuit? Thats right regular basic Hek. Maybe it does try to prioritize the best versions there but there is still kninks to work out in the system.
