Nusantara means The Indonesian Archipelago, in the past, it includes half of the South East Asia now (the whole region of Indonesia, Philipina, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and some part of Thailand & Myanmar).
The video is actually tell us the story of the history of Indonesia. It is split to 3 part, part 1 is when we were still under one Great Empire in Southeast Asia (Majapahit Empire/Wilwatikta Empire), part 2 is when the colonialism time and make us separated, symbolize as the two headed dragon (Netherlands & Japan) who bring the fire to the Nusantara land, and finally part 3 is when we all got our independence from the colonialism.
😅the point of snakes is the pattern that on their body, It's call batik, Indonesian pattern art

Maybe this details could help your understanding about the symbols and meanings of what Alffy trying to tell ;
1. SURYA MAJAPAHIT (lit. The Sun of the Majapahit) a.k.a Dawata Nawasanga / Deities of the 9 directions of the winds, in the video you may have seen it with green glow circle with 8 symbols surrounding 1 symbol in the middle represent 9 deities in Hinduism. This is the Imperial Symbol of Majapahit Empire.
2. NAGA JAWA (Majapahit's mythology creature, dragon with one head)
3. GARUDAYHANA / GARUDEYA (Lord Vishnu's ride which is depicted on some Mapajahit's heritages in the shape of Garuda bird from Hinduism)
4. PATAKA SANG DWIJA NAGA NARESWARA (Trident) is the trident that's the transformation of twin dragon, the guardian of Tirta Amertha (Water of Life).
5. PATAKA GULA KELAPA (Merah Putih flag that was tied on the trident)
6. Those cute little birds are "Jalak Bali" bird which is rare and almost extinct.
The video is heavily influenced by Majapahit Empire as the word "Nusantara" was the word used in Majapahit empire to represent their teritory outside java island.
At the very beginning of the video, when the word "NUSANTARA" appeared, on the right below, there is a cursive engraved on the stone with green glow. That's Javanese letter that can be read as "Sekti Mandraguna". Combined with the letter before and become "NUSANTARA SEKTI MANDRAGUNA" which means "Nusantara Spiritually and Supernaturally powerful".
The woman at the very beginning in the forest represent "The Queen of Nusantara". represent the actual Empress from Majapahit Empire called "Tribhuwana Wijayatunggadewi", the third reigning monarch of Majapahit.
The snakes have a unique pattern in their bodies called "Mega Mendung", commonly found in Batik.
There is also the biggest flower in the world, Rafflesia Arnoldi, can be found in the very beginning of the video, with red colour and white dot.
An engraving in the shape of weird tree (seems like forming the letter ' W ') glowing in green represent Maja Tree, the story of how Majapahit Empire founded. Allfy Rev was born in a city called Mojokerto so Allfy Rev maybe wanna say that "he was born at the former capital of the greatest kingdom in the South East Asia", this city in the past was the capital of Majapahit Empire, you can find many SURYA MAJAPAHIT engraving in this city. the name "Majapahit" come from two words, "Maja" and "Pahit". "Maja" is the name of fruit, the scientific name of it is Aegle marmelos, commonly known as bael, also Bengal quince, golden apple, Japanese bitter orange, stone apple or wood apple. and the word "Pahit" which means "Bitter". so Majapahit means "Bitter Maja"
The war between red twin dragon and blue dragon represent the war during colonial era (Dutch and Japan vs Indonesia). and continued by the movement from youth represented by Allfy Rev picking up the trident and put Pataka Gula Kelapa a.k.a the Merah Putih Flag and acts as the pillars. 5 tridents afterwards (1 in Allfy's hand and 4 other around him) represent the 5 principles of Pancasila, Indonesia's ideology.
and then come the sad song called "Mengheningkan Cipta) (Moment of Silence) used to honour the heroes who has fallen in their youth for the sake of country.
Garuda flying across the land represent how Indonesia now and then return to the gate that represent "Great nation does not forget their history"
and then there is a little girl who put the book in her bag that represent the next generation shall learn history.

The blue dragon is dead man, they representing it as the national heroes who died for Indonesia's independence.
And the "Garuda" (Javanese eagle) the bird statue that popped out and fly, they representing it as a Indonesia's national symbol, born after the independence.
Simple explanation:
First video is about the beauty and the rich cultures that Indonesia's have (Pre-colonialization).
Second video (this video) is about how the nation was born (Independence war).

of course it's high budget, literally funded by the country but you know, I'm glad some of my tax money goes to this masterpiece.
If you find some similarities with Indian culture, ancient Indonesia or what is known as the Nusantara used to adhere to the same Hindu teachings as those in India. Then over time experienced assimilation with the local culture. That is why Hinduism in Indonesia and India have differences. Until thousands of years the kingdoms here embraced Hinduism, then when Islam came, Islamic empires began to grow and the Hinduism gradually faded.
So, basically, the name Indonesia means Archipelagic India, which when the west came, they found thousands of similarities between the people of the Nusantara (especially Java) and the inhabitants of mainland India.
Btw, in my opinion, there is a hidden meaning behind this video in which the Two-Headed Dragon can be said to be a symbol of the Netherlands and Japan as the two greatest colonizers in Indonesian history. Then the 5 spears used by Alffy against him are symbolic of the 5 major islands in Indonesia, namely Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan (Borneo), Sulawesi, and Papua in fighting for independence together.

The oldest religion recorded in indonesia's history is Hindu, so many of our language is influenced by Sanskrit. We even use Sanskrit in the said history recording. So yeah, India and Indonesia have some similar or even same words

the birds are the cartoon version of Indonesia - Balinese Starling birds, the rare endangered and protected bird of Bali, a respected and pretty starling bird species, with super white color and only blue on eyes part
That giant statue is not real,. But it's a represent of our national symbol, it's Garuda,. And as we see there are five rings below the Garuda, it's a symbol of Pancasila (our five national pillars),
And the snakes i personally think it's a symbol of earth element, maybe hahaha, anyway the snakes display batik patern, batik is our traditional patern, usually drawn in our clothes, furniture, arts etc... hopefully the chapter 3 is about to be released, but i we will have to wait coz it's not coming out near future....
