How is the safety, care and wellbeing of children NOT EVEN MENTIONED in these letters? Evil monsters.

Agree. Even if they believe he didn't do it, at least address how evil the accusations are.

These letters highlight a troubling aspect of evangelical and extremely conservative Christian culture that really bothers me. There's a strong emphasis on outwardly following the prescribed "rules"-like avoiding debt, raising a large family, and so on. However, if someone like Josh sins or even breaks the law, all they need to do is "confess and repent," and they essentially get a slap on the wrist. The reason for this leniency seems to be that more value is placed on the appearance of "walking the walk" and "talking the talk" rather than on the actual integrity of their actions. I’m not sure if that makes sense.

I agree. I especially see this with stricter religions. It's a whole "double life" thing too!

this is gross they never adressed the victims and how they are affected and will be continued to be trafficked directly because if him watching and his sisters he did it to them gross

I think it is because of what David Waller said. Josh has chosen to not take accountability for something he is saying he didn't do. So they didn't want to delve too deep into that because he is telling them that he didn't even do it. I agree, even if you don't believe he did it, you should address the gravity of the situation. Which the failed to do.

Thank you! It should be out if not the end of this week, then in the first few days of next week!

I hate that picture of Pest wearing the party hat with that really creepy smile on his face. Everyone gathered around him celebrating his birthday the way they would for a child. Even creepier in the pics where he’s surrounded by kids celebrating him. Ugh so gross

His mother...there something not quite right with her. She puts on an act of the kindest woman in the world.

Jill mentioned in her book that she wears a protective face to the world

There is another letter that was written by Nicole Buress's Husband who's a councilman of Tontitown suggested Josh is being targeted by his “enemies” and are threatened by his “quiet display of conservative values” while simultaneously advancing his impossible theory that an "unscrupulous young man” who's Josh's employees/co-worker is convinced he had somehow framed Josh.

Nicole and Tim Buress' letters will be covered in part 2! I did not know he was a councilman (prob explains why he was asked to write a letter other than being a neighbor)!

    I think Bob and
Michelle should be charged also, for child abuse for his sisters, for knowing and not doing anything about his “history”.
You can talk the Christian talk, but you have to walk the Christian walk too. They failed.

If they truly believe in God, then God's will is being done in Josh's life. This is the path God planned for him. Embrace it, Josh.

After so many failed appeals, it does really think like God is calling Josh to prison life

@fundiearchive that is what his kids think he is in for..to be like the Apostle Paul and be a witness for Christ in the prison. Go figure. One day,"Ye shall know the truth."

I would guess her dad probably never helped when she was there so she really thinks she won the jackpot

I think at one point she thought that. I think now she views herself as a martyr perhaps. tbh my thoughts about anna change a lot too. her situation is so complicated and we haven't heard from her (other than tweeting about trump) in so so long.
