Ofcourse You are so biased and anti establishment to the extent it cripples your thinking capacity.
Many of us have flown allover the world and seen that these kinds of structures are built out of necessity.
The developed world were the first to suffer traffic jams, hence the necessity to build flyovers,
Uganda following other regional cities is facing serious urbanisation causing congestion and serious traffic jams that necessitates building of skyscrapers and flyovers. There is so much evidence to support this fact.
You are metaphorically, castigating a baby who is trying to rise and walk that it should be at your level, a grown man who had your share of crawling and falling.

@@ObjectTurmoil That is not to state that I have no reservations about the kla Flyover.
But I have to cut them some slack, just like when you built your very first house.
I am simply being objective especially avoiding political underpins.
We shouldn't gloss over real systemic issues in procurement
In Uganda simply because you got an opportunity to throw a stone at government.
KCCA has no capacity to construct such a flyover by local means neither does UNRA.
Until local contractors gain capacity for such projects there will always be excesses.
Those countries we've seen started with pain until they developed local capacities where even if their projects cost them a lot, Jobs are created within and money flows back into their economies
Its obvious that KCCA may not have negotiated a better deal.
Our neighbours are also complaining about the cost of Nairobi flyover.
But there must be a starting point before we develop local capacity and this is it.

Money and being a foreigner should not deviate you from the truths!
