I love that you’re consistent with your videos! I can always look forward to a video from Megan on Thursdays and they’re so relaxing and informative! Also, Miller is maybe the cutest baby in the world!
The farms are so immaculate in your area! It must take years to get to that point! Congrats on the bedroom/bathroom remodel!!! Love all your cooking ideas! You are blessed to have so many people willing to help you! The kids are growing so fast! Enjoy the trip!
Love how open you are when talking about money. I always thought the Mennonite culture was very similar to the Amish in how simple their home is but when I see your parent's house and farm it is really so different! What a beautiful place and so stylish.
Oh my goodness you were at Green Dragon!!!! I love it there!!! I was there recently! I love the Hallelujah Hive place, Heavenly candle, and the apple cider donut stand!!! I wish I saw you .... I would have been so star struck! God Bless - Kate from Berks County
I loved seeing your parents' farm! It is so beautiful and well-maintained. It was wonderful to see your Mom and sister in the video, too. Such a Godly family you have! Times like that are so precious and made me miss my dear Mom and Daddy so much. Little Miller is just a dollbaby! I loved the part at the end with you and Josh and him. May God continue to bless you and your family. 🙏
So nice you went to your moms and she helped you out. The beans look nice! I leave mine whole and only cut off one end(tails stay on) I also blanch and freeze them. Yes good olive oil is a must. I wanted to give you an apron when you were cooking and Grilling!!in your pretty dress...
Congrats on 150K! Been a weekly watcher since you were first starting. It's so fantastic to see how you have grown your channel and stayed true to you :)
We always French cut, blanched and froze the green beans. Serve with browned butter over them. That's what my grandma did. Have a crank thing the kids love to use.
This was an awesome video!! I loved seeing your family farm....so pretty!! I can't wait to see the transformation of your bedroom and bathroom. Thank you for an informative video and the cooking you did! You inspire!!
Loved everything about this video! The food, the scenery, and a precious family! Thanks for sharing your busy week. Seeing you and your mom processing the green beans brought back some sweet memories of my mom. We’re from the South and we use the term “snap some beans”. We break off the ends and snap the beans in pieces by hand, no knife or anything. Y’all take care and God bless. 😀❤️
MILLER is SO adorable with his big blue eyes🥰green beans,ha yes!!we used to chop them in 1 in peices, then the french rage, now for years i been doing them whole ,i grew up with a creek we had to hoe the garden in the forenoon, then got to swim all afternoon 😅now i have a road instead of a creek 🤨
I’m wondering do you have a recipe to go by for the cheeseburger packets they look very good. Thank you! Also thanks for sharing your time at your parents farm. I just love it. So immaculate and homey
I am originally from H'bg. and remember visiting friends of my parents who lived in Conestoga. I live in WA. State and have for almost 40 years. Your videos make me homesick for the farmer's markets, good corn, and The Farm Show. We grow romano green beans. I freeze beans and I think they take to freezing better after doing a quick blanch and ice bath
I also lived on a farm as a child but unfortunately, my family no longer own the land.I just feel like there is no better way to grow up. Your parents farm is lovely.
I bought that dress after you recommended it before, this spring, & it’s one of my favorites! I agree, it’s SUPER comfortable. Thank you for the recommendation!
Great video ! our kids are so darn cute & that little one seems to be smiling all the time !!!! Parents farm is picture perfect & loved the whimsical music while at the market !😍😍😍
Enjoyed seeing how you spent your week doing your work. Your communities industriousness is a great example for everyone. Ecclesiastes 9.10: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” Just read this yesterday in a Bible plan.
Oh yayyy! For some reason the cabin videos are my absolute favorite I can’t wait for it! I’ve watched your trip with Josh’s fam at the A frame cabins probably 5 times I love it
I was at green dragon 2 weeks ago and I thought it would be neat if I saw you there and then I was back at Lancaster and went to the Haiti benefit auction but didn’t see you…..maybe next time. Your parents farm is beautiful, I love her deck. Thanks for taking us a long.
I loved this video, Megan. It’s like we spent the week together :) I loved your idea for the cheeseburger packets! Excellent! Good luck with your bathroom remodel. Can’t wait to see the results 🥰 ps. I love Miller’s big blue eyes 💕
There are so many differences between your life and mine and also so many similar things. I love learning from others different than myself. Awesome channel!
I love how you involve Evonnie in preparing food. I would have never have done that when my kids were younger because it was all about being efficient and getting it all done, kids helping would slow me down. Now that I’m watching it I wish I would have taken advantage of more quality moments with my children when they were young. Now they are grown and I have grandkids so it’s too late with them, but I can change it now and start doing this with my granddaughters 😊
I feel you on the hemorrhaging money! Lol! For us it's back to school shopping, home maintenance things, small projects.... Always enjoy your videos! God bless!
That’s how I do mine, and have for a long time. I like them whole, not French style. I take green beans and marinate it in my favorite vinaigrette, Garlic Expressions, which is made locally but distributed widely. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or even overnight , and eat cold as a snack, or even grill. Delicious! Also great with asparagus. With all your flavored vinegars and olive oil, get creative!
I enjoyed this video so much! Your parents property is beautiful. I cannot wait to see your finished bathroom remodel. Your joyfullness and positivity is inspiring. Thanks for sharing your life with us.💜
I love Thursdays!! I know you post on those days!! I love your family. Your videos are so refreshing and relaxing and enjoyable. So happy for you and your little family your doing well !! Have a blessed weekend and stay cool we got home HOT days comming!! Sending love from Arkansas 💙💙💙💙💙📖
That midnight snack was calling my name! I wish I could reach through my tablet and try it. 😂 I'll definitely be trying to make one the next time I have family over.
Your parent's farm is beautiful & the farmers market was a feast for the eyes! Lancaster county looks so idyllic! Your posts are such a blessing! I was wondering what herbs you grow at home? God bless y'all!
Love how you care for your man by making him cookies. Also I love your dress. I enjoy watching your channel, it’s relaxing and also find inspiration for cute outfits.,
Always enjoy your insights and videos…just a suggestion, get yourself a couple of sized cookie scoops, makes cookie making so much quicker when your man wants his cookies! Also great to make a batch of cookie dough scoops to flash freeze first on a cookie sheet and then transfer to a ziploc bag for quick cookies anytime! Nothing better than fresh baked cookies
It’s so refreshing to see kids taking ownership of their chores by helping clean up and around the house. I feel some type of way when 12 yr olds play with toys and don’t help clean up.
Your amazing at getting so much done in one day with 3kids, and such a big house to maintain. Well done . Videos seem relaxing and refreshing though inspite of all your activities.
Evannie, my family and I live in Western Australia. I came home the other night and there was a kangaroo in my driveway! We have roos everywhere and there is a park near us where you can feed them 🙂
Love your DITL videos! Those kabobs looks delicious 😋. I love your Mom's farm-such a beautiful deck and view. Love how you get your children to help and learn to clean up after themselves. Those are life skills that are very necessary for youngsters to learn. Thanks for sharing.😊💖
Oh my goodness the midnight snack thing looks Devine!!! And yes it surely does look like a festive dish! Maybe I’ll make that for Christmas Eve.. the night we bring finger foods😃
Oh my goodness, yes on the money hemorrhage! Had to laugh. Last summer we completely redid our backyard, added a pool and landscaping. Everyday I’d wake up and wonder what could go wrong or what would we have to spend money on! 😂🤪 I wanted you to know how much I look forward to your videos. My father lived in New Holland for over 20 years. He passed away in May of this year but your videos in the area make me feel like I’m back there with him! I live in Arizona now but grew up closer to York, PA. Blessings to you and your family!
Arizona is at the top of my travel list right now. And it's like I told Josh, it really is such a blessing to see all our hard work paying off. We might have been rennovating this home for three years now, but it's been so rewarding!
Great video and the foods are amazing. Yes, I love french cut green beans with some butter and bacon bits tossed in for flavor......yummy! Your bathroom looks amazing and the room is such good sized. It's going to be beautiful. Don't worry about the dust or it being untidy as it looks good and is in progress! When improving it always looks worse before better and I would say it is the most tidy "mess" I ever saw! :-) We just did some work in our bathroom as well and the sheetrock dust and sanding is all over the place......my indoor/outdoor vacuum is getting a workout and I am the clean up lady after the messes. Lots of work to be sure! It will all be well worth it. Your parents farm is gorgeous.......the lush green of the pastures and being able to see grandmas house from yours.......how cuddly warm of a feeling for children growing up..........I love that! Beautiful video all the way around and hoping the trip to the cabin was fun!!!
Loved every minute of this video🥰 All the food looked so delicious and I especially loved the look of the cheese and salami ring! Yum!😋 I’m anxious to see your bedroom and bathroom makeover. I’m sure it will be beautiful! Blessings 🙏

Love to watch the harvesting of the corn fields with horse and buggy. God bless and keep the great content coming.

Do you have a recipe for that cheeseburger packet??? That looked amazing!! Also, just wanted to say how wholesome your life seemed growing up on a farm and still is living out there in PA. My husband and I are in NYC but we are Christian and want to give our daughter a biblical upbringing. God has put many things on my heart and your channel has contributed to wanting to live somewhere like that. Will continue praying on it!
