worked on balclor
metering pump was plastic wilden pump
got stuck mostly ,has to be open and piston has to be freed
system setting for fresh water ballasting was not good,alams went haywire when operating in river or lake

Good day sir..I ask some questions in BWTS. what is the cooling water high temp shout down point?how many degrees? And also what is the GDS feedback value shout down point.? How many percent? Thank you for your reply..

cooling water high temp points are 43 degrees alarm , 45 degrees shout down ...
cooling water means ... Using fresh water for Cool down PRU(Power rectifier) ...
and ... GDS Feed back value are... 25%(LeL) Alarm, 50%(LEL) Shout down..

There is nothing to remove sediments in this system. Creates problem for use in river ports.

How to run it in emergency mode? If GDS sensor not working? Can you explain the steps for operating in emergency mode?

Do you have any idea Sir. Our Tro set Value is 5-10ppm ours keep dropping 5ppm below we are having a hard time maintaining it.
