Elena Park hi! I’m so glad to hear that! 🥰 NingXia is safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding mamas. I drank it while pregnant with Oakley and am drinking it now while breastfeeding. While breastfeeding, its recommended to use peppermint sparingly because it can potentially dry up your supply. I personally haven’t had any issues but some women do. Everyone is different. If you need to boost your supply, you can add 2 drops each of basil and fennel to a roller bottle and fill the rest with a carrier oil and apply several times a day for a few days until supply is up!
You can do it however you prefer but I just pop a roller too on the bottle and roll it on straight. But a drop under the tongue is my favorite way to use it!
Hi! Unopened, Ningxia is good for 24 months. Opened, I keep it in the refrigerator for 30 days. The packets are a nice option if you don't think you'll go through the bootle in 30 days.

But have to tried a plant based diet (vegan) not only is it amazing for your health but also helping the environment 🌎 even with Emerson’s milk almond or soy or any plant based milk has more calcium then whole milk, I remember you trying to eliminate dairy when breast-feeding, that’s amazing!! I’m just trying to spread love because veganism is love ❤️ love you so much take care!!
